Suggest to me that 70% of shareholders gave up on their GDR investment a long time ago and don't even read their GDR notifications.. I had something similar once with rockhopper 15 years ago. I got lucky made alot of money and left a relative small amount invested, which became as good as worthless. Never opened a single notification and psychological wrote the company off.

Mr Franky, despite the hard truths you've mentioned. I find it compelling that everyone , including the press, celebrate GDR's two products. Yet, nothing justifies the cost of a failed BoD over the last 5.5 years.

At the moment, I don't trust BoD to make the right decisions. So I'm not invested. But they can regain my trust and my investment, if they do make the right decisions, assuming they still have important decisions to make. No rush on my part.

Anyone who invested and continued to average down obviously trusted this BoD, at least at the time of their investments. Mr Nugent trusts them. Whether they still trust BoD now, we will find out soon enough.

Look at the GDR timelines they have never been met. , Mr Roger. 3-4, months is only if everything falls into place, which it never has. GDR could easily stand for the Great Delay Robbery.

GDR need to raise another 6M, if that is not possible and can only raise approximately 1.2M , they must drastically reduced cashburn by 80% and just then GDR could turn a profit next year.

Good luck to the shareholders working together to save the company from its own poor decisions.

Mr Amer's, I only post on GDR. I've been invested in GDR several times over the last 5 years. I first cut my losses and learned a lesson. Over the last year I've traded successfully and recouphed my original losses, I am currently waiting to take the next punt. I wish GDR was the success I originally hoped it would be but unfortunately the sp says it all. You are a desperate PI looking to justify your failed investment but there is no need to pick on posters who are currently not invested and are not losing money. GDR needs new investors, like me, more than ever. You'd do well to realise the world doesn't revolve around you.

Mr Franky suggested this a while ago. If Mr nugent and Mr english are joined by MrPadrock and other large investors and they all decide to vote together, as if they are one single institutional investor, then perhaps real change can happen and savings can be made. Dr Miele is doing two jobs however. I suggest that's worth bearing in mind.

perhaps lse.co.uk could created a consolidation feature where posters can adjust the SP published to whatever they want it to be.

As posters have realized, 400 000 000 extra shares @0.3p doesn't raise anywhere near enough funding. 1.2 million at best... At current monthly cashburn of 300k, as some poster calculated. Another raise would be required before around christmas. What an awful situation for all concerned.
