Good post Mr Eureka. I first noticed BoD optimism in 2021 regarding their covid test kit when they announced they were in the last phase of selection of a european country. I recall covid POC kit had achieved something wrt to sales to India too, according to an RNS, some years ago. Nothing materialized , of course. I think the bottom line is their kits are just not good enough to sell themselves, too many issues. They mentioned one themselves, the POC kit is not connected to the NHS records systems, which means the result needs to be entered into the NHS system manually.

My mistake, GDR's methods of raising funds are becoming increasingly more difficult to follow!!!

3.6mil. Extends the cash runway to approximately Jul 2026. Add sales and tax-back and they may have raised 1 years worth of funding. I believe significant sales are required and they must come from abroad. The salaries of BoD are not justified by sales to the NHS alone but huge international sales.

BODs and their ‘selective truths’ also known as paltering.

Selective truth is a form of deception where someone intentionally presents only a portion of the truth to mislead others, rather than outright lying.

Trust takes years to build, seconds to break and forever to repair.

2.8M raised . monthly cashburn 350k means there is approximately 8 months of cash , which will mean another raise will be required in april/may 2026. Which GDR stated would be the case when they mentioned Q2 2026. What will effect the SP between now and april 2026?

Positive

1. neglible amount of income that GDR products generates, may increase over the next 8 months as more trusts adopt their products. Savvy traders can work out how much income is likely to be generated.

2. Unexpected positive news (anyone have an idea which overwhelming positive news can be expected because I'm struggling to find any?).

Negative

1. cashburn - the underlying depreciating effect on the SP can never be ignored.

It's a short position, so if the company nlceases as an ongoing concern they won't have to payback their counterpart at all.

GDR is also depreciating each month to the tune of the approx the UK average house price.

Lab testing is preferred above all else, so cornering the market with POC test kits would be impossible..

I remember Mr JimiHendrix and others claiming earlier this year dilution wouldn't not be required . I think its incredible that GDR stretched out their cash until september. I mistakenly thought the dilutionwould take place in July. But GDR really did reduce their monthly cashburn, early this year.

The cap is low and no-one is interested in buying GDR simply due to the high cashburn and lack of progression with the NHS.

GDR are hoping a boost in SP before PI's are again asked for cash. Potential buyers are just waiting for GDR to go bust before they bid for the products.

In the meantime, the SP continues its fall, as if gravity itself was responsible for the fall in sp.

GDR are in the business of buying time to make sales. Any bonus news from USA, is simply a bonus.

I suspect laurel and hardy are savvy day traders who don't hang around and set stop losses on their trades. Many GDR investorsdid not take head of 'stop-loss' advice and thought the smartest thing would be to average down. Perhaps some got lucky with that averaging down, if they sold during a peak. But I suspect the majority are yet to get lucky with their averaging down strategy, including Mr English and Mr Nugent.

The failures are many but not always related to the company itself.However, the bottom line is that the monthly cashburn is way to high for a company with only two products.

1. BoD salaries are ridiculously inflated for a company that still can't make significant sales - in 2024, BoD remuneration accounted for approx 20% of the monthly cashburn.

You obviosuly don't even look at the SP chart, Mr Goldielocks, the SP has never been so low (give or take 0.01p lol!!) , especially with the spread after the RNS so its impossible to have bought at a lower price!!

Mr Goldielocks is ramping for nefarious and/or selfish reasons. Best case scenario is that you are a day trader out to make a quick and pathetic profit, worst case scenario has been described by Mr Roger and that you have been deployed to ramp so that others can offload their shares at 0.05p.

Either way your remarks should be ignored by investors who do not day trade.
