What is shocking is that the last year, under Dr Miele's watch,GDR have made more sales than any of the previous years. It's a case of too little too late but it does suggest that GDR is more attractive than ever. It just the BoD who has lost the trust and patience of PIs after years of selling 'jam tomorrow' . Dr Gilham is the BoD member who presided over all of this. Its now his time to go.

I think its criminal that SP went above £1 based on jam tomorrow and that the then BoD rewarded themselves with large bonuses.

Mr Nugent holds the moral high ground now imo . It was realy stupid of current BoD not to be more proactive in their discussions with him but instead they chose to try to discredit him. We should see BoD resign now. But I doubt we will, they pigs in the trough.

if this is true, then its very good to hear and suggest to me a change in BoD is all that is required to turn GDR around.

Mr Franky said PIs need to get together to fight the BoD. It took a leader , Mr Nugent, to rally the PIs into action.

It makes sense the Mr Nugent becomes chairman , at least, simply because he's invested more in the company than any other board member. HE has the trust of PIs, unlike Gilham.

The rampers are now concerned money will run out by christmas, when just two or three weeks ago they were still ramping GDR when it only had money left until october (or so).

"Derampers/shorters are WACKED!" - its the derampers who are against the BoD!! The rampers were for the BoD. The derampers saw the bleak future ahead and the BoDs attitude of "dilutions will continue because we say so... (and we can't make signficant sales)" and NOW the SP has finally started to go north. The rampers are the problem because they kept sponsoring the incompetent BoD. But now this has changed.

Time will tell. PIs want a BoD they can trust, not one that thinks that successful annual share dilutions are acceptable way of running a company after 10+ years.

I think what the BoD mean in their RNS about future funding not being certain is that Peel Hunt will not be interested in doing business with GDR any more. that business was essentially ripping off GDR PIs with future share dilutions whilst paying the BoD huge salaries for permitting them to do this. This is only my unfounded opinion though based on previous share dilutions.

The Bod are convinced that they are doing the right thing . In the latest RNS, they are basically blaming the PIs if the company cannot continue. Instead , they should be listening to the PIs AND CHANGE!!

GDR now has a chance to regain the trust of its PIs.

I believe this board WAS toxic when the majority were constantly ramping GDR for no reason but now and over the last few months the majority of posts on this forum have been very constructive and balanced. Most rampers and LTHs have stopped ramping and have started to critically analyse the situatio, how GDR got here and why the SP only drifts south.

Unfortunately, I don't see any news that can prevent the SP falling further though. I believe only the 'NO' vote can affect a change in direction of the SP.

you received 8% of what you requested??!?!?! oh dear. Allenby got the lions share no doubt.

Of course allenby want this, they stand to make an enormous amount of money whilst normal PIs are left out of the dilution and will have to average down on the open market , presumably buying the shares of allenby capitals clients for a premium.

I feel the BoD lack the financial knowledge required to understand funding optionos and lean heavily on Peel Hunt and its experience for advice and recommendations. I say this because the BoD chose a death spiral deal 2 years ago with Riverfort, which was a shockingly bad deal. Mr Cheek was CEO when a different funding option was found May 2024, also thanks to help from Peel Hunt who bought the shares that were not taken up by PIs. Peel hunt are involved again with the latest deal too, as we know. And perhaps it was Peel Hunt who got Allenby Capital (and hence their clients) involved since PEel Hunt knew PI's wouldn't be able to supply enough cash since PI's only raised half of what was required in the May 2024 fund raise. Peel Hunt also kept the company afloat when it raised 1.3M (or so) early this year when the shares were diluted @1.5p.

Share price will go up imo as dilution will not take place. I don't think a no vote is priced in.
