Perhaps peel hunt playing games to get the "no" voters to sell! Dilutions will continue and far more likely than signficant sales. The RNS milking the jam-tomorrow line for all it's worth.

I bet its not Mr Nugent buying now but Allenby Capital clients trying to prevent a "No" vote.

This is a statement of intent that dilutions will continue after the resolutions have passed and the money runs out in Q2/Q3 2026.

Perhaps this time will be different. Change has to come in order that GDR succeeds and provide positive outcome to patients who are lucky enough to use their products. The milking of PIs funds by financial companies carrying out services on GDRs behalf must stop or this company will genuinely cease to exist, simply because their is very little trust left.

Yes vote - new shareholders ie Allenby Capital clients and perhaps even Peel hunt are allowed to vote?

No vote - all PI's who bother to stay up to date with their GDR investment .

Not bother voting - Looking at the turnout at previous votes, the vast majority of PIs won't bother voting at all. They ignore their GDR investment like the bad experience its turned out to be - as one poster said recently, their 5k investment is now worth £6 .

Excellent post Mr Nugent. Many thanks. Good to see there is some integrity left. I believe PH have been milking PIs for some years now by massively influencing BoD financial decisions and perhaps other decisions too. I'd love to know how Allenby Capital got involved. I suspect Peel Hunt were heavily involved in that too. It sounds to me like PH is running an old boys club manipulating GDR's desperate financial situation and BoDs lack of financial knowledge and experience for their own personal gains, at the expense of PIs, whilst at the same time ensuring BoD are royally remunerated via their incredibly high and disproportionate salaries (and previous bonuses - yes the BoD received massive bonuses bsaed on profitable share dilutions during covid (2020 and 2021, if I'm not mistake) despite not selling anything.

The only thing I believe wrt to BoD is that they were truthful when they stated that they were selective with the truth in RNS-es.

IMO A PE firms are patiently waiting for GDR to cease as an ongoing concern so it can pick up its two products for little money without the headache of dealing with redunancies and a 350k cashburn. They would rehire the bare minimum staff and wait for NICE/NHS trusts to place orders imo.

The huge cashburn is the reason for the stress and impatience. Even back to 350k per month (H12024 level), it creates a serious financial issue.

Looking ats the share price chart , the smart money never invested in GDR long term... but that's easy to say in hindsight. who knows what the future holds.. change for the better must come otherwise they will go bust. PH knows GDRs PI's do not collectively have deep pockets (Mr Nugent , Mr English excepted) ,, which is why Allenby Capital and its clients are involved in this latest share dilution. And wil undoubtedly be involved in future dilutions if they can make money (from PI's) without too much risk. GLA

this cannot be underestimated have 5 years+ of "jam tomorrow" type announcements from BoD followed by annual dilutions instead of significant sales.

Allenby capital clients ( and possibly peel hunt?) will certainly be voting yes!

Ask yourself, who do you trust.

- A PI who has stayed loyal to GDR over the last 5 years and even increased their holding to above 10% in the open market.

- The BoD who have barely scraped the surface with respect to their own personal number of shareholdings, employ a selective truth strategy to their communication with shareholders and have overseen share price diminish from 10p to 0.20p in the last two years alone.

He might be worth 50 to 100 million. Just saying. IMHO.
