The customers do exist... too little, too late? I think we will know before end of september. TBH I think the boadrd should work on a avoluntary basis to get GDR over the line and into profitability, a remuneration packaged only based on sales. That may restore PI confidence imo.

If it's any consolation, Mr Myluck, you've been very smart NOT to average down and kept your losses at 5k. Perhaps you could've timed averaging down, selling at an opportune moment, but looking at the SP chart those moments are very , very rare indeed and immense luck would've had to be on your side.

We all know why NHS is broke and its not because it's because of 15 years of tory incompetence, mismanagement and corruption during covid, not 1 years worth of labour solving an NHS on strike (and rightly so, considering many of them gave their lives during covd). I don't vote labour but I'm definitey not a stupid ignorant tory voter. It actually pleases me to think tory voting GDR investors are suffering loses since its their tory party that the NHS is so broke that it can't afford POCs - saving NHS millions in the long term by applying the adage "prevention is bette r than the cure" . You get what you deserve. BTW Did you know that historically under tory governments deaths increase? Suffering increases too. POC test kits are not a no brainer, tories do share a brain cell, I have seen them breathing when being interveiwed on TV, but it does require a budget. A budget spent by tories on corruption. Baroness Mone was just the tip of the iceberg, as we know. During covid millions was simply lost to off-shore firms.

The bottom line is GDR has never been so successful as it is right now. Contrary to this, is the simply fact that GDRs financial situation has never looked so bad, and that's saying alot for a company that traditionally diluted shares once a year to keep the lights on.

Incredibly, this has not happened despite all shareholders being PIs for many years now and the directors themselves holding very few shares.

Who gets to choose the motions being voted on at the AGM?

That said Dr Miele is fulfilling role as CEO and CSO. Essentially saving the company money. Not even King Charles as CEO could speed up the process that leads to sales.... well mmm thinking about it , if the king was CEO GDR would've been awarded contracts along time ago.

BEcause they were waiting for the announcement of the completion of the NHSE CYP2C19 pilot . They expected it this summer, correct? If it arrives then the SP would improve and financing options would improve too. However, this week the rumour that pilot is postponed until april 2026 has ruined the plans.

GDR have advertised for the position of system design engineer *please no agencies*.

GDR are unlikely to find someone who will be prepared to leave their current position to take up one at GDR because...

As we know GDR spend roughly 100k per week yet " the Board and its advisers continue to actively assess a broad range of financing options for the Company in order to provide additional working capital" . I think its safe to assume that they have financing options available, they state they are assessing a broad range of financing options.

I believe GDR will continue as an ongoing concern and not go bust, yet I also believe it will come at a price for existing PIs because it always does.

I just had an awful thought , Mr Toli. You wont sell before the stock market closes for the weekend? You wouldn't do that would you? King Rampers cannot bet fly-by-night traders.
