Peel Hunt definitely kingmakers now, the ones to watch either way. Makes no sense why they would bother for the sake of £10k, what they'd get for voting for, when they're a £140m cap company, who just happen to be brokers involved with IPOs. Adjourned meeting gives them opportunity to stake build on cheap if that was their plan. With 10% they can call EGM but 25% they control entire outcome.

Poor form if he's censoring people's comments. Shareholders should have every right to express freely, it's still a plc after all. Sadly not surprising though, we already know he doesn't like the free press. Or a democratic voting system come to think of it. Good job his power only extends to THG!

As we'll only know final tally on 26th May, in meantime the way I see it is anybody happy with 0.2p will have surely just sell to get a better price, so when numbers totted up will skew far more in favour of against. When only 25% required it's a low bar given against achieved 40%+ last time.

Numbers are close I bet, probably Frisby helped them so far with their early indicator - he's extremely good at destroying shareholder value. Just needs remaining holders to not be apathetic, sadly us PIs are notorious for that when it comes to voting, but today has to be wake up call.

Also worth noting the vote to delist only needs 25% to vote against. As an indicator, last time 41% voted against (RNS 24th March) so this is not a board with much support. Peel Hunt took 10% stake after vote announcement.

Moulding has picked up such a large number of enemies since being listed, never seen anything like it. Half of them are probably highly indifferent to him but the strange part is him really gunning for folks, whether media or city, as if he's going into battle everyday. Ultimately you sell protein and makeup mate, time to calm it down. Can't always be someone else's fault.
