You can calculate market cap pretty easily, just shares in issue (1,299,283,460) x share price (87p at time of writing) = £1.13 billion. So Yahoo way out.

She's certainly overseen a car crash, in her defence it was a mess when she arrived but she can be held accountable for bold claims she'd turn it around "at pace" many times, well clock has truly run down now. Her claims of break even 2024 now out the window too.

If deal was done market would have to be informed so mystery is all the posts coming pre deal. With it signed that would certainly be the time to go back slapping on social media, nobody would judge that. But struggle with seeing how doing it pre-emptively helps.

What do we think about Moulding's Linkendin strategy? Struggling to see the advantages for him going so public while deal negotiations are taking place versus keeping his head down.

We were already pretty clear he didn't like the London Stock Exchange or financial journalists, but I wonder about why he's being so vocal on this again at this critical juncture. The posts are undoubtedly good at firing up people on social media, but what really matters here is the deal. Wonder if it left him a bit more exposed numbers wise by emphasizing to Apollo how keen he is to delist in any case.

Kever has sadly pretty much ruined what was an excellent board now. It was the same when he posted on advfn as sheepsh*gger and various misspellings of senseman's name. The guy has serious issues and it's just a shame that of all the stocks this absolute nutcase has alighted on Hurricane. Even bringing with him another wrongun in the form of mark who should be absolutely ashamed of himself. lse mods really need to tighten up on things here.

By way of a post mortem it's worth mentioning looking more closely that our numbers against were pretty respectable.

We already knew Prax had yes votes from CA/Kerogen/Dutch totalling 936,279,302.
For main resolution 1, in the event they secured 1,077,727,415.

So for votes we didn't already know about that was an additional 141,448,113 or 11.49%.
Compared to against 153,226,217 or 12.45%.

All quite academic now but I know folks will be feeling demoralised. So we could put a positive spin on this and say the unknowns going into this vote were actually majority against. Those voting against held about 11.5 million quid of Hur shares, pretty good going in my opinion.

Apart from votes we already knew about, this was not an overwhelming endorsement of their scheme. Yes they won comfortably in the end. But I reckon us small regular shareholders who voted against still gave a bit of a bloody nose to the board.

Perhaps more damning is what lack of raise reveals about lack of strategy as AB says. Maybe they don't even know what they'd spend the money on. In their defence they could be waiting for new CEO, but that search has been 3 months already and other miners racing ahead.

For me the big Argo overhang for is that raise prospect. After the aborted attempt last year we all know it's coming, like ripping off a plaster they should crack on. Relative to peaks the share price is decimated anyway.

Without hardware investment and treading water on liabilities the company would only just wither away so there's no shame in it. Nearly every other miner has rinsed shareholders now, it's pretty much a given in the industry.

If they were going down that route to be guarantee a vote against it would have made sense for them to acquire an additional 15% first for minimal outlay, then they could singlehandedly ensure a win. It will be tight but in this scenario a TR1 would have to land before the vote announcement, which would then force up the bid anyway.

It may also be significant that yesterday was the last effective day to buy in to be eligible for the vote allowing for share settlement + bank holiday. Could explain the mega volume.

I believe Strike have until 10th May before they either formally say yes or no. In my opinion they were only ever kicking the tyres here as numbers suggest they are haemorrhaging even more than purp.

The relentless drops here are on such small volume it makes you wonder what would happen if a heavyweight seller decided they wanted out. I guess anyone still in, even the big guns, is at the death or glory stage.

Range of figures have been published, for example he took a 9 figure loan with shares at 500p on IPO for starters, for actual volume he sold it's very opaque because of the chain of subsidiaries and various propcos. We could argue the toss on how on earth you quantify that but the broader point is he is a hypocrite.

Not everything has to be a big conspiracy. Share price is up about 130% YTD, so it retraced a bit, it happens that's the market. There seems to be a strange belief here that manipulation can only happen down, never up. Short interest is about 1% so effectively 99% are long, absolutely nothing worth losing sleep over.

Moulding has knowingly poured fuel on madcap theories and whipped up the naive into a frenzy by endlessly complaining on social media. Everyone now knows he hates the UK stock market, he's made that point many times. Didn't mind making £800 million when this IPOd though?
