Yes it is doubtful and as you say might have been added recently or did have it at one time.

With such a wide range of health benefits covered by Fruitflow its difficult to find such a scenario where it would be made redundant.

If I remember correctly it was to do with the production method to optimise the effect of platelet aggregation and the fruit extracts were fruits of the Solanaceae family.
