I don't know the exact circumstances but I thought the company only had to notify number of shares after any increase or (maybe one day) decrease has occurred.

Saying that, I think most of us realise that, going forward, the company might require at least some cash for the purchase of stock that may or may not result in some dilution.

After paying 550k Euro for around half the stock DSM holds/held we should still have some cash in the bank but again... How much?

IMO, Without the extra revenue of the last 4 months we have/had enough cash in the bank to cover the remainder of the €550k (£483k) due to DSM by the end of this month.

Provexis is waiting on information from more than 50 actual and prospective customers and also the outsourced manufacturer of Fruitflow before it can take the next steps wrt stock.

DP64, alfista is correct. DSM outsourced the manufacture of Fruitflow and as of the 1st of January we are now in control of the manufacturer.

Yes, By-Health entered a collaboration agreement with DSM in November 2016 just about the same time as China tightened its regulations on suppliments :(
It wasn't until August 2019 that PXS and By-Health entered into a collaboration agreement enabling both parties to conduct a number of different projects. These projects were to be at By-Health's sole expense.
November 2021, Provexis entered into a long term strategic co-operation framework agreement for Fruitflow with By-Health. The agreement gives By-Health exclusive supply and distribution rights to commercialise the Company's lead Fruitflow heart-health technology in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Australia.

Yes it has taken a long time but with the tightening of Chinese regulations, the removal of DSM from future revenue and By-Health paying for all the work, studies, and regulatory approvals themselves. I don't think we can complain. Well not too much anyway :-)

Exactly sphinx, The company is waiting on information from both actual and prospective customers with regards to demand and from Indena, the manufacturer of FF, for the results of the stability tests on the existing Fruitflow inventory.
PXS cannot control the timing of either but it is crucial information to help judge how much FF the company will need to hold in stock and what the funding requirements might be. No point buying stock from DSM for it to go out of date.

If, and there is no evidence atm to suggest this, H&B were to stop stocking. Then surely regular users of FF+ from H&B would move to ordering directly from Provexis.
