What you’ll probably find now is funds will be massively difficult to raise, Iredto will offer £10mil at 0.5p take it or leave it.
They’ll then have a significant holding, buy bidstack out, and the two Dutch companies of azerion and irdeto walk off in the sunset with everything they want!!!!

Jab - what you don’t seem to take account of is that Azerion have held back what’s due. Whether that’s right or wrong is for courts to decide, unless they can come to an out of court settlement.
In the mean time Bidstack are eating in to their £10mil raised to pay for wages (again).
It won’t be long until they are running on fumes (again) and need a cash raise (again).

The the 2020 TU in Dec exceeded expectations, but then the update in Jan 2021 advise margins had been cut hence why sp decimated.
