That is not how the billing will work.
Doesn’t matter that the money hasn’t been paid in the year of account.
Services rendered in 2022, and billed accordingly.
It will sit in 2022 financial account.

At the moment the bills will be sitting on ledger unpaid.
At some stage they will be becomes base debt and written off which hopefully won’t be the case

They have probably been advised not to release a TU whilst in dispute just in case it prejudices their position.
If that’s the case, they shouldn’t be advising investors anything different to what is known in the market - although we already know Draper likes to keep certain people informed first rather than market as a whole

Also admix, you are wrong. They didn’t get bought for usd 300mil at all. They merged with some metaverse company, took the metaverse companies name, and then some one (no idea who - probably Huber himself) put a valuation of usd 300mil on the company.
