Read last years RNS about Azerion deal and tell me where there are any territorial restrictions.
Then tell me if MMP, Adscholars and totally awesome are deemed external resellers.

You need to think about what the actual contract said

If it said sole external reseller, with no territorial limitations, then that is what is what it is I am afraid.

Devil is in the detail, and if bidstack thought it was Europe just because that is where Azerion have offices then they have fooked up.

I, like some others, pointed out issue with “exclusiveness” but as ever we were shot down as derampers.

Pretty clear how exclusive deal was if the RNS is 100% accurate.
Dave Garvey is legal counsel, Donal Stewart was Chairman.
Was desperate times for bidstack last year and AZerion had them by short and Curlyes.
I bet the contract was signed with out giving too much thought to the future but just looking at the usd 30mil guaranteed income.

I am pretty sure Frans role, when moved out of CTO, was MD mainly in charge of Azerion contract.

What really needs to be examined is who said it was fine to sign up to all these other external sellers when bidstack already agreed exclusive re seller with Azerion. This has nothing to do with US team as internal sellers.
Without seeing contracts I can see why Azerion are p155ed.
