In Bidstacks defence it’s pretty difficult for them to provide a TU at present. The lions share of revenues from 2022 are from the AZerion contract and had they been paid revenues woudk have met mkt expectations.
They’ve already told us this.

I think what bidstack are trying to avoid is telling the mkt revenues are X, but in the back ground there is a possibility they won’t be paid.

Bidstack are in between a rock and hard place re TU at present.
They may also need to be careful what they put in writing just in case it impacts legal case
