Why do ppl keep saying shorters will burn if this keeps going up? They’ve been short since £40 and are quids in even if our sp doubled or tripled tomorrow

We all post completely anonymously. So why on earth would I be insulted by anything written here or take anything personally? Nobody here even knows my name. But it’s so easy to get caught up in it, to try and win the argument, to be proved right.

Funny thing is the only ppl making money off the argumentative nature of lse is lse.

Put it a different way:

At $40 per barrel, UOG makes $10.7. At $60 per barrel, UOG makes $21.7. IE a 50% increase in oil prices results in a 100% increase in UOG profit.

GK, the oil isn't going anywhere. If there's a good chance we will be able to sell for $60 per, why start a new project to sell for $40?

In 5 years time, when we have an extra £30M of assets sitting on our balance sheet and £6M profits each year, the mcap CANNOT possibly remain so low.

I should add, I made the same mistake re mcap earlier today. I can’t understand how Hl have it wrong. Shocking really.

Although lse and Hl both days mcap is £9M, it’s actually £15M (total shares x price).

Second, uog is not for sale. A hostile takeover attempt would be dealt with.
