"I don’t really think any of us know what we are doing truthfully."
This genuinely makes me so sad.
Nobody has to buy any share ever. Just because they're for sale doesn't mean you need to buy them. There's no shame in not knowing enough to buy shares, we don't need to be experts in everything. And there's no shame in buying a balanced portfolio of funds and making modest gains. Over time it really builds up. That's where a large portion of my money goes, and despite market dips recently I'm still up in the year to date because I have gold in my portfolio.
It makes me very sad to see PIs blindly believing the hype put out on BBs and ppl here encouraging others to 'average down' on a company that could well go bankrupt soon. They pump the stock at £5, £4, £3.... 30p. Their tone doesn't seem to change. And they dominate the BB because they get ppl so riled up against 'negative' posters.
Of course it's only my opinion that this is a bad investment. Other may genuinely believe it is a good investment. But why do people only pay attention to the pumpers and dismiss other posters as maggots? So far, these pumpers have only cost ppl money and they continue to encourage ppl to put in more and more. Yet they categorise ppl who are urging caution as the problem while they play the role of 'saviours' and 'defenders of the share'. It's genuinely sad.
