Shorters and trolls are talking absolute and utter rubbish. I would suggest you all read through the RNSs again, slowly. The company is DEFINITELY moving in the right direction and progress is now beginning to accelerate. The BoD are sounding more positive than ever about KOOV's future. I think shares in issue will probably double to near 400m once the funding has been sorted, which would be no big deal - Boohoo has well over a billion shares in issue for example. If you read the RNSs the BoD fully expect KOOVS to deliver significant shareholder value OVER THE COMING YEARS - ie Koovs is NOT heading for liquidation, far, far from it.

Pumpky, forget the product for a second, investors own shares in a loss making company with negligible revenue and a market valuation that's a ridiculous 34 times greater than the sum of all it's assets! Right now debating how wonderful fruitflow is should be the last thing on investor's minds. Selling up and taking a loss is always a painful decision but the share price at the moment is sky high compared to where it should be (Mcap should be much, much closer to asset value) meaning those who sell out now would actually be getting an excellent price for their shares. For example, if Mcap fell from the current 34 x NAV to something much more realistic like 1 x NAV, that'd represent a fall of minus 97% from today's share price - and that's not even taking into account the effects of any further dilution!

To me, it's comforting knowing Lord Alli is worth �201m, has already invested �millions into Koovs and owns 36.7 million shares. He's committed financially to making it work, has the personal wealth to step in if he needs to, and he's unlikely to be willing to just write off his investment to date and accept a huge financial loss. He also has his reputation to uphold and the fact he built ASOS means he'll be extremely highly regarded by all those in the industry and he isn't going to be willing to lose his reputation by simply rolling over and accepting defeat. My guess is those on the inside aren't even entertaining the slightest thoughts of failure - far from it i expect. Unfortunately while we wait its the perfect breeding ground for trolls and negativity, none of which is helping the share price. I think you just have to see beyond the negativity and uncertainties and focus on the opportunity instead.

For a better shorting opportunity, have a look at pxs - Mcap is 34 x NAV (�250k NAV versus �8.01m mcap) possibly making it the most over valued share on AIM. Koovs on the other hand has an Mcap that is just 0.75 x NAV (�21.29 million NAV versus �16.89 million Mcap) meaning koovs is under valued compared to net asset value. Koovs nav per share is 32.39p compared to a share price of just over 10p again making it under valued at today's share price. Lord Alli is worth �201 million and holds 36.7 million shares - he won't let koovs fail - the funding will be sorted successfully, no question about it. And the RNS could land any day now. Having a short position here is a really bad idea right now imo. For multiple reasons.

With a NAV of just �250,000, Mcap is seriously over inflated at a comparatively ludicrous �8.01 million - meaning Mcap is at very high risk of a sharp negative correction to somewhere much closer to asset value. With nearly 2 billion shares in issue, if Mcap were to fall to somewhere close to asset value, ie, 1 x NAV (around �250,000 Mcap) existing shareholders would see the value of their investments decimated. If Mcap were to fall to 1 x NAV (as opposed to the current 34 x NAV) it would represent a fall of minus 97% from today's share price. That is how ludicrously over valued this share is.

The question is, how long can a share remain at such a high market valuation compared to NAV? The higher Mcap goes compared to NAV the riskier the share becomes of seeing a sharp negative correction. You really wouldn't want Mcap to get any bigger without first seeing a dramatic increase in asset value. And what chances are there of that happening here? GLA

Lord Alli owns 36.7 million shares in KOOVS and is worth �201 million. He's not going to write off the company and allow it to fail. He's not going to write off his 36.7 million shares in the company. He's not going to sacrifice his reputation for excellence after his mammoth success building ASOS. On top of that, Lord Alli was sounding very confident and optimistic december 2017 saying he's now "more confident than ever in the company's long term growth prospects". That doesn't sound like a man who's feeling negative or has given up. Market capitalisation is absolutely miniscule compared to BOOHOO and ASOS. And shares in issue is also tiny compared to BOOHOO at just over 175 million. Koovs mcap will almost certainly exceed �1 billion within 2-3 years, in my opinion, as India is a huge market with more and more shoppers coming online. Koovs has a huge following on social media of over 2.2 million and it's customer service is award winning. Koovs app has 1 million+ downloads on Google play compared to BOOHOO's app which only has 500,000+ downloads (ASOS has 5 million+ downloads). As Lord Alli said "Koovs is in the right place at the right time". Even if there is further dilution, once mcap surpasses �1 billion, which in time I'm sure it will, we'd still be talking a share price in the �'s. Now is the time to load up whilst the shares are still ludicrously cheap. Then hold for what could be spectacular long term gains.

If you were a multi-million pound investor, a new start up would be seen as much higher risk than a company that's been trading a while - because of all the unknowns, the as yet unprovens and because of the absence of track record and historical data. Koovs, on the other hand, has already established itself as a popular brand with a reputation for award winning customer service - as well as having a substantial and fast growing social media presence of over 2 million+ followers (and counting). So no, you wouldn't choose a new start up over Koovs. As for investing in a larger, more established company that's already making good profits - number one, such a company would be less likely to require funding. Number two, investors would be less likely to be able to negotiate favourable terms with an established and profitable company that can afford to be choosy and negotiate hard. Number three, return on investment would likely be far less attractive because growth is always at its most dramatic and explosive when the company is early stage, ie, when the company is still categorised as either small cap or fledgling. So no, you wouldn't necessarily prefer to invest in a larger, more established and more profitable company. What are you buying in to with Koovs? Lord Alli said from the start it was going to take time. And it has. But the company is definitely moving in the right direction now. Lord Alli recently said he's now more confident than ever in the company's long term growth prospects. And he should know - this is the guy who built ASOS for heaven's sake! If anyone can make a success of Koovs its Lord Alli. His track record must be highly attractive to investors - to say the least. It must also be of some comfort and reassurance to investors to know Lord Alli is worth �201 million and thus has the financial ability to inject more of his own money into the company if he so chooses. As for the business model being flawed - again, you're preaching to the guy who built ASOS - don't you think he knows what he's doing?! It really is laughable when you get amateur investors, know-it-alls and armchair observers who have no expertise in the field - people who think they know better than experienced experts in the field with proven track records of excellence, experts who have been there before and done it and made a huge success of it - which is certainly the case with regard Lord Alli.

Lord Alli has a net worth of over �200 million. He owns 36.7 million shares in KOOVS. He has the personal wealth to easily sort the funding issue himself if he chose to. The way i see it, he wants institutional investors to invest rather than sort the funding issue himself. And that's fair enough.. Show me any company with a super rich board that provide all their company's funding requirements themselves without ever seeking funding from outside investors - there aren't any. Shareholders can't expect Lord Alli to be the main source of funding just because he's super rich. And nobody can say he isn't committed or hasn't already put his own money where his mouth is - he's invested �millions into the company already. Nobody knows why the funding is taking so long, perhaps it's just a bit of haggling over fine detail / terms etc? The bottom line is, as a last resort, and if he really wanted to, Lord Alli could sort the funding himself in a heartbeat - it's pocket change compared to �200m. If it came down to it, i suppose the question you'd ask yourself is - do i put more cash in and keep the company moving forward? Or do i not put any more cash in and wind the company up and lose what I've already put in? Considering the fact Lord Alli announced in December that he's now "more excited than ever about the company's long term growth prospects" - i would guess Lord Alli is feeling 100% confident Koovs will secure this funding and soon. And no doubt at the back of his mind he knows he has the personal wealth to step in and provide further support if he needs to. Lord Alli is no doubt a proud man, as well as a hugely successful man. After all, he built ASOS from a small company to a giant with a �70 share price and a �6 Billion Mcap. He has a reputation to uphold and koovs is his new baby - he won't allow it to fail. The company is slowly but surely moving in the right direction and Lord Alli is sounding more confident than ever about the company's long term growth prospects. The funding issue is dragging but I'm confident it'll be sorted successfully and soon. Both Boohoo and ASOS once had small mcaps just like koovs, but now they're in the �Billions. Currently Koovs has just over 175m shares and even if there is further dilution, long term the share price has HUGE potential due to the current tiny mcap. Even if shares in issue increased to 1 billion, if koovs future mcap gets anywhere near that of boohoo and asos we'd still be talking a koovs share price in the �'s. Thus the focus should be on MCAP not shares in issue or the possibility of dilution. The funding, once completed, will be seen as a big positive by the market and should see a big jump in the share price from the current 12p. Thereafter it should be onwards and upwards for the company and the share price.

December 9th 1988 share price bottomed @ £1.42 October 20th 2000 share price bottomed @ £1.70 (+ 28p from £1.42) November 21st 2008 share price bottomed @ £2.04 (+34p from £1.70) If this trend is anything to go by, i think the current share price could bottom out at around £2.45 (approx +40p from £2.04) December 9th 1988 share price bottomed @ £1.42 / October 3rd 1997 share price peaked @ £6.64 (9 years later) October 20th 2000 share price bottomed @£1.70 / May 18th 2007 share price peaked @ £7.43 (7 years later) November 21st 2008 share price bottomed @ £2.04 / May 22nd 2015 share price peaked @ £5.94 (7 years later) If this trend is anything to go by, my guess is the current share price could bottom out at around £2.45 within maybe the next year or so before slowly beginning to move back up. My guess is around 7 years later the share price could peak once more at around £4 to £6+ at which point profit taking may help send the share price lower once more. Just a speculative guess based on the chart!

Lol close your short and get the hell out ASAP is my advice. Lord Alli won't allow Koovs to fail. It's a cert imo.

He's also extremely experienced in the field having built ASOS from a tiny company to a giant online retailer with a near �6 Billion Mcap. Personally I'm confident the funding issue will be successfully concluded soon.

When a share price is at the bottom there's always a lot of doom and gloom being spouted. But it's often the best time to buy and many investors miss the opportunity to load up on the cheap because they listen too much to the doom and gloom merchants. Ignore the negativity, in my opinion, the share price within a few years could easily be in the ���'s. Mcap is tiny as is shares in issue. The scope for this company is HUGE.
