i have to say that, I am a bit surprised with the movement of these today despite alleged good news over the weekend of ring fencing elderly care budget in spending review. Well, good luck with your stake building, i am afraid I have to sit tight and watch it as ran out of fund lol. GL
http://uk.reuters.com/article/idUKTRE69F1DH20101016 Now let this baby get better! Too much punishment recently. GL
on these has to close at some point and that will be enough to bring these in very charming price soon.Last week they were in excess of 5 mill compared to 500K in may. I hope next week trading update will be turning point and pretty confident that it should start to appreciate soon.
from the trading floor!! you can only buy in the chunk of 4000 shares in a go. it is about 30 minutes since I placed at best order and hasn't been filled up yet. Simple maths to me is that MM are not in hurry to offload the shares and should come good in short time. GL
http://www.barchart.com/opinions/INGG.LS http://uk.stoxline.com/q_uk.php?s=ingg I feel that overhang from Cycladic and possible UBS is cleared now and price is moving in accordance to Evan Hoff's stake building in a reasonable fashion. If we are able to cross 51p in couple of days then 59p should be next stop. but I am not a chart expert and won't be surprised if I am wrong. GL anyway and hold tight.
So at last, it has started to move in right direction in appropriate manner. I suspect Evan Hoff has added another 1% today from the look of the trades. I do not think that potential bid will be between 60-70p, my guess is it will be in excess of atleast 80p. But time will tell and think we won't have to wait for long. My personal opinion is any indicative offer of less than 90p (old 15p) should be rejected as company is in far better condition and having already saved about 7million £ for the interest price on old prefs, it will be added in future profits. Getting an indicative offer will provide a baseline for the SP in short term and rest of the movement will be based on board's decision. I don't know how reliable it is but on FT, one broker has target price for this is 270p!! Good times are coming our way and hopefully soon.
sorry for the delay but don't post often as way away from computer but combineharvester has posted a link as well. Ashok: I do not think that 5% spread on AIM market is bad but I think it is down to demand and supply. Not that I am saying there is huge demand but certainly the supply is a bit thready. Hope you get in at your suitable price in near future. GL
Thought to have a look at this chap. http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Who_is_martin_moshal Certainly, does not look like small fish! From Moshal family who control about 37% of whole online gaming industry. No doubt, next few weeks are going to be interesting. GL
They are sells but looks like delayed publication. If you see the trade time they were showing afternoon. By looking at the numbers I suspect, these are the one's HAYS LTD bought couple of days ago.
Just sit back and relax. We PIs are very small fish now in this pond now. By the way got my rest of 15K more shares today and sit back again. Couple of pence here and there are not to worry about. The big move will happen in near future. Make sure that you don,t lose your patience here! GL
placed an order of 50K shares at 1245 hrs yesterday with no price limit and was surprised to find this morning that only managed to get 36K at an average price of 45.11p!! Same thing happened to me with MNR few months ago and what happended after few weeks we all know! Been here long ago from consolidation with average of around 11p and I think that time is due now for correction soon. GL all here.
i am afraid it is me to blame for. Have to sell 20K this morning as needed funds but u would be glad to know that i still hold about 100K. Ask is still 43.5p so just relax and hold tight for couple of months. GL
Well only 10K down now!! As I said before the fall was completeley out of proportion and just needed to hold for few days and previous holders will ge their money back. It is unfortunate that some of us previous holders sold out at a significant loss. I have full faith in the company, I may not make huge profit but next week I think I will break even but still not selling until takeover clause ends either way. I still wish that they refuse any takeover proposal in the range of 1£ as next few months will be very rewarding to take for shareholders as we progress. Recent purchase by major shareholders also infuse more confidence. It is shame that my funds were stuck somewhere else so could not bring my average of 11ish down. Anyway, glad that I did not look at the SP for couple of weeks or rather didn't take notice of it! GL to all holders, good time is ahead of all of us. By the way, think that it will settle down in mid 70's. DYOR and good luck.
As explained before, this correction will go on for a while and I am sure that bid or not there is atleast 50-60% upside possible from here in next few weeks. As said earlier, those sitting on a loss at this time just sit on it for another few weeks and you will be pleasantly surprised. IMHO and GL.
it is morning!! need my earl grey!
I hope the nerves have calmed down a bit now and people did manage to see the rationale behind proposed reorganisation. I don't think that ordinary shareholders have been screwed, in fact it is a very good plan. The way i see this as prefs are getting what they have invested ie:50p a share now and giving up 1£ claim. On top of that there will be far less uncertainity in calculation of business. Bear in mind most of major shareholders are holding both prefs and ordinary shares, so it is not in their interest to lose on either of those. People may see this as a schock shrt term but med-long term it is a good proposition. On the other hand bid is looming. There is no point in selling at a loss which seems to be a market anxiety. The way I see is, company is definitely advancing and have about 25mills in bank and they don't have to accept an offer if it is not good enough. So morale of a story is just sit tight and see how the things pans out.
