In the Q3 report there is no mention of AMLs current height of payables. Since that grew to over 840M in H1 I was surprised that was not listed. Did they use cash from the RI to lower it? Did it grow?
It also surprises me that after a RI a report is unaudited. Is that normal?

That is not odd at all. From the moment they tell when the introduction of a new model will be, sales of its predecessor will stop.
Now since they talked about sports and GT sales of current models in Q2 2023, that introduction of new models will be late 2023. No spy shots of prototypes on the road. Long way to go, long time to survive..

Where was Stroll?? Now to be fair, it was good to hear from Felisa, I mean finally more than just a hello.. But that only was because Stroll was not there.. Normally Stroll takes the lead until he is fed up with the good questions, not those Deutsche bs questions..

743 DBX delivered in Q3 of which 350 were from Q2.. So 393 DBXs in Q3.. (!) In Q2 that was 662 with then noted that another 350 were awaiting parts and thus being delivered in Q3... This time no notion of how many DBXs are awaiting parts, nor how many are 707s with high margin..

Explain me how the executive chairman of a publicly traded company is NOT financing his sons drive with current deals in place..
As to the numbers being not quite the same, I am sure currencies mixed and rates changed in the end the list is the same. Stroll jr in that list is still on par with Bottas and Perez, so basically proving my point thank you. Oh and your list is old btw, it has Mazepin in it instead of Kmag. Cheerio

Ha so you are not aware of Stroll jr salary but still think you can make a strong case on how AML spend their money? AML pays AMF1 15-20M per year, of that 10M dollar, yes 10!, goes to Stroll jr. That makes him a top 10 paid driver, on par with Bottas and Sainz. He earns more than Perez and Russel. How is that justified? That also means that the publicly traded company AML, that has a lot of shareholders here, that is run by Stroll Sr. finances the F1 team privately owned by that Stroll Sr and that around half (!) of that money goes directly to his son. How is that not a conflict of interest? It should not matter if AML sponsoring an F1 is good for them or not, its just wrong. In no other publicly traded company battling heavy weather this would be accepted, nor would the rest of the deals Stroll Sr set up for his own privately owned F1 team. Stroll seems to be more serious about making money with his F1 team than with AML, yet still investors seem okay with that.. Why is the deal not set up so that AML benefits more? If its good for AML its good for Stroll as well?
Oh and FYI the safety car was called out on world wide live tv watched by tens of millions of people as a slow turtle..

@Swiss: I am sorry but I have to respond to a couple of things.
- Stroll Jr. torpedoed Alonso, what a great driver eh? Worth every penny right?
- Stroll Jr. salary compared to other better and more experienced drivers is a joke.
- The AML > F1 sponsorship deal is clear to everyone as it was in the prospectus etc. What do you think about this deal Stroll made for himself: “… AML Limited granted AMRGP the worldwide, royalty-free right to use the “Aston Martin” name, logo and branding (the AML Branding) in respect of Formula 1™ participation for an initial 10-year term starting on 1 January 2021, …”; b) “If the Sponsorship Arrangements are not renewed or are otherwise terminated before 31 December 2030, AMRGP will continue to use the AML Branding in respect of its Formula 1™ participation for the remaining initial term of the Branding Arrangements (ending on 31 December 2030).”
It baffles me nobody cares about things like this. His F1 team and the deals around it seem more important to him than the well being of AML, let alone the faith of its shareholders. We shareholders have gotten a lot of sh*t since Stroll took over and yet still things like this dont matter? If Stroll did not own that F1 team nobody would have agreed to the deals that are now in place.

@David: I would have guessed they already upped their stake the last couple of days, idk maybe they are still buying dips and get to 10%.
If they do and get a seat then it could create a conflict of interest with PIF. Both PIF as Geely have EV brands and tech available. But we currently dont know what Geely wants. Interesting times ahead for sure..
First up: Q3 report on the 2nd of November.. Hopefully AML will give some more insights on their plans.

@EG68: Thanks but not what I meant.. Someone posted comments from Deutsche yesterday. They had seen Q3 results and commented on that. Thats probably why it got deleted.
I wanted to comment on it last night but then it was gone.

Where did that post go where someone said Deutsche talked positive about Q3, FCF etc?? + who posted it?

@AML_007: I know I know, but that was expected to happen with the left over shares so for me that was part of the RI.

@EG68: I just found it odd someone shared that "news" so late after.. Both here as on other forums people started placing "old" positive news since the SP dropped after the RI.. That can be misleading to some..

@EG68: What do you want to say? Those buys were just his part of the RI, as know beforehand. He did not buy more after RI or anything like that, otherwise it would have to be disclosed.
