Nothing really new except the rumour that AML bought electric motors from Lucid in January. This possibility has been discussed several times. Also that there are conflicts lurking.

"PIF will know GEELY can access rights for Lucid technology"; how does that work? Geely does not have a seat on the board, at least not atm.

Last time it was C26 trying to convince us this was the case. He could not find another source either.. When C26 made this claim I called Marketscreener to find out what type of company they are and to ask them about this. I spoke to several people, none could confirm if any of their data was in any way correct.

@contra: is marketscreener still the only source saying that? If it were true it would have been publicly disclosed.

@Richard: On Valhalla; its built around a carbon fibre tub. Now I expect that tub to be, for the most part, the same base as for the Valkyrie. Designing, building, testing and getting all safety regulations in order is very, very expensive. Sure they will bolt on stuff and adjust certain things but I do not see that happening under their own roof. Pretty sure Multimatic will built them as they built Valkyrie. Lets hope AM and MM are on good terms again. MM has recently started building the AMG one andfor 2023 the Ford GT mk IV is plannend. Now I do not know the buidling capacity of MM but it sounds like they will be quite busy in '23.

Coupe version of DBX would be nice, if they give that fugly rear a complete make-over..

@Richard: Do you really think Valhalla production will start this year? 2023? The design is not even finalized? They are halfway through Valkyrie, at this rate they need another full year and no component delays to reach that. Pretty sure they will start production when Valkyrie is ready since it has the same base and not built in their own factory. But maybe you know more about that??

@TinyPie: I do not miss anyone, let that be clear. Just because I can be critical does not mean I agree with C26 all the time. I just wanted a change of tune after all those everything is going to magically be all right messages now SP went up and we know a bit more about the new models and timelines.

Agreed with @RonR to disagree with Jon39. What happend with AML before the IPO has no influence or says nothing on what happens these days with the company. Stroll is in control now and you should focus on what happend since he took over and the numbers.
About those numbers, and the cash raise, am I the only one still concerned about their spending rate, payables and overal dept? The cash was needed, it was not a bonus out of luxury. Q3 report told us nothing about changing their spending rate. It gave no insight in how much money is already invested in the upcoming models and how much more they expect to need before those cars are ready for production. I find it odd so few people complain about that. Even from McLaren, a company NOT publicly traded, we know the amount of extra cash they need to update the Artura. I would like to know how much AML already put in the development of the upcoming cars and what they expect to spend the coming years and on what. They never explained where all the money went when their dept doubled. None of you shareholders are ****ed about that?? None of you demand more insights?? I am looking forward to FY2022 report but they must give more insights in their financial planning.

More timelines and more info on the "new" cars.. Until now it was always a bit vague if the new models would be all new or updated version of current models. According to the EVO article, and they have been in contact with AM, they will use the old base but change basically everything else. Personally I hope the designs are more beautiful and elegant than aggressive like the Vantage is, I really do not like the AMG design direction.

Good to see a prototype on the road. Gives a better insight in the timeline. Not a hybrid as those prototypes need special stickers indicating there are larger batteries on board.
Not much to see as its a DB11 body, but I agree with the article that the camouflaged interior hints on something new.

I just find it very funny that a lot of posters here complain about C26 and No, filter out their posts but then want to know what they said. All while it is an option to just read and not respond.

Anyway, cheers to all, lets see what 2023 brings for AML!

I find it difficult to acknowledge MarketScreener as a legitimate source for information as their percentages on Strolls part are not up to date / not correct.
By now other websites would have shared those percentages or shared the news that two big players suddenly sold a big portion of their stake.

@C26: about the directors buying at that price: Do you know any of them? Did you speak to any of them? Did they really buy them with their own money or did they receive them from AML as part of their compensation? Or were they maybe friendly nudged by Stroll to do so?
Unless you talked to those directors about this you can not possibly know.

Another RNS update today.
Total of voting rights for Stroll now at 28.43%. Looking at the charts and the delay pattern of the RNS I expect one or two more RNS updates in the coming days. (Am I wrong here?)
I hope someone here can clear some things up for me.
- If Stroll / Yewtree reaches 29.99% of the voting rights does he need to make an offer to buy the rest? What are the possible options / tactics?

@C26: yes but the Yewtree total is 28.29% now right? So I think @jlovie meant Yewtree instead of Stroll but you knew that, you just wanted to point out we do not know how much Stroll invested personally.
