Sorry but why is it up? Because some day trader is back doing his thing.. At least someone is making money with this AML play stock.. Nothing else.. Overall its been a bad week and we are still below the SP after the RI..
So you can call out C26 the moment the SP goes up a couple % but you are just as sad in my eyes posting this.

I got till the same point. Emailed with AML and their response was still the same. They acknowledge the counter claims but can not say anything else.
I find it interesting that there are several media outlets writing about that case but none of them shares links or sources. Is it all simply based on the acknowledgment from AML that there is a counter claim? They do not share any real news, only talk about the risks etc.

All those mentions in the media about this case, where do they get their info? Where can I find court documents?

So who can throw some facts on this? I think most here know the basics of what is going on but some say it is years away, other say it is in court these weeks or at least before the end of the year.
- Where can we see court dates?
- Is it a public case or behind closed doors?
No shouting bs, facts we can check, links, reports instead of gossip, go!

@wheelerdealers: sure but if you look back the last year or more and check their target prices they were all wrong all the time, always too positive. Plus half of them earned money on the RI paperwork or have clients money in AML so they do not want to scare them..
Nothing changed earning or performance wise. Just Stroll and friend bought more shares. The company is still underperforming unfortunately.
AML needs to decide on tech / EV partners. They have options but seem to be pushing forward the decision. Lets hope we see some camouflaged prototypes / test mules on the road soon.

On that Forbes article: Interesting they do not name PIF and the fact they own Lucid, another EV company with real tech and IP. But they do name Geely in a way like there is already talks about sharing tech. That while Stroll appeared to ignore Geely. Interesting times ahead.

@C26: sure but is Geely legaly obliged to disclose it? Or can they buy over several weeks and disclose it when they want? Boom big surprise we now own X%?

They could take it private but I dont think that is what they want, also not sure if they have the cash. I expect they want to secure their position and leverage.

Question: If Geely bought more shares this past weeks should they disclose it because of their current holding %?

We have seen volatility like this a lot this last year. Before and after the RI. Although today is on the higher side. Often caused by day traders, gone the next day or even the same day. Most of the times not at all based on any news or company performance. In the end the SP is down big time looking back a full year. Even to get back to the price of after the RI we would need another 12% rise on top of current SP.. It would be nice to see a more stable SP not its just a play ball..

Prediction: 1 base with adjustable architecture for at least 2 models (4 incl spiders, ), ICE and EV ready (like new Maseratis). EV tech partner choice will be interesting. I still think Lucid has high change despite Mercedes stake.

Well I checked and previous Q1 and Q3 reports were also unaudited. I never noticed before, my mistake.. My guess is that they are legally not obliged except full year and H1? Can anyone confirm?
