Everton - COPD is now confirmed for August, confirmed by RM during the results briefing.

Dave - Exactly most of us had expected at least 70p perhaps a £1 before news. Which is why it was so painful watching it drip all the way down as low as 31p.

500% was a stellar rise but was inflated due to the dismal starting position.

The market is very comfortable with the current valuation hence the stability.

£3.60 is the broker forecast which would be a tidy increase from current levels, interesting that previously they had pegged £1.20 for COPD and a further £2.40 for Covid. Now they seem to be pegging a minimum of £3.60 for Covid alone.

I’m quietly confident we will achieve a share price of £5+ before the end of the year.

Nolupus - Agreed I don't fully understand why it's taken nearly 2months for COPD results. I'm sure there is a very precise plan formulated by the Board which makes it so.

The only thing I am sure about and we have said all along is that the purpose of the interim readouts is to support the case for approvals and realise full value for the asset.

August started today so results Monday?

Nolupus - No idea surprised me he disappeared without any comment. Think he is part of a private telegram group noticed a few of those posters have disappeared from their respective discussion boards.

Might be wrong but his twitter handle is BeeClever? Seems to have 2 new favourite shares and a small holding still in SNG.

Symbo - Would you manufacture millions at your own risk? I doubt the company would do this without a firm agreement in place from the government. Or if they chose to take this risk it should really have been announced as their intention since it is investors money at risk.

I'm not saying its the wrong thing to do but would have expected it to be common knowledge if they had.

For example SNG announced in their placing that 4mil was specifically for advanced manufacturing of their drug to insure millions of doses where available for the end of the year a calculated risk on their part.

You'd considering bailing from SNG because a patent has been applied for to extend the use of a drug to Covid-19. A drug that has yet to start a phase 2 clinical trial in it's original target and will require an extensive Phase 2 trial for Covid.

People are questioning if 101 patients is enough for regulatory approval of SNG001. We have a further data set for 109 COPD patients and plenty of safety data from the asthma trials early phase 1's.

So we might have a shot at regulatory approval if as RM put it "they like the package" of data.

The other company is fantastic but it's not a Covid play I can't see them having the required data to be considered a Covid play until Q2 2021 at the earliest.

I often see the notion of free shares touted on this board. Nothing is for free and I think it’s a bit misleading to keep saying this.

If/when Stem is spun off some value will be extracted from Tils and would reside in the spin off.

The hope would be that eventually Stem would be sold and market value achieved.

Tils would loose the value currently priced in for Stem which is a fraction of its true worth hence the spin off.

Exciting times to be a holder but nothing is for free.

Miggy - Equally its brave in giving blanket approvals to the drug with no monitoring. Which is why I can see a phase 3 along side EUA. If the phase 3 spots something amiss EUA gets revoked.

Medicalstudent - As I and others have said before keep posting you obviously have directly applicable knowledge to the field which I'm sure many here appreciate and will find useful myself included.

Us investors are often optimistic on timescales so feel free to dampen our optimism from time to time when it's justified.

I'm led to believe the phase 2 was run with many features you would normally see in a phase 3 trial.

If a phase 3 is run it will be along side EUA. IMO

Surprise surprise we are blue again.

Really confident with the share price movements of late.

Higher lows for less duration, lots of II money in here now it seems. The more trading we get in this range the better before the next news.

Org30 - My understanding is a peer review by the scientific community is something that will happen but is not a requirement for approval/licensing.

At the moment you see a lot of comments from scientists saying it sounds promising but has not been peer reviewed, this is natural since scientists like to evaluate and come to their own judgement on matters.

Likewise a regulatory agency would not take the word of a bunch of scientists On the internet they would have their own team to review the data in a sense another peer review.

Peer review will satisfy the community of scientists regulatory agencies will do their own due diligence as will the majors.

The range has seemingly tightened here. 160-220 was the pattern however it does not seem to want to dip much below 190 now.

VistaMan - It appears to be the end of each month. Hence I expect and update tomorrow.

There is obviously a discrepancy surrounding the Woodford holding my guess is in the next update they might remove the Woodford holding but also no acacia holding assuming they are fully out now which could be true.

either way we know Woodfood is out and Acacia are likely out, the rest of the holdings look accurate.

SanDiego - Precisely. SNG are very prompt at updating their website when a TR1 is lodged within minutes in fact.

Kaeren - Ditto My exposure in SNG is higher since I have several of the high risk small caps funds in my pension.

As Brentw1 - Pointed out Synairgens website will be up to date with every major holding above the 3% reportable threshold.

What morningstar is good at is identifying accumulating II's under the threshold we spotted Polar accumulating way before the TR1, Miton before they released their Fund list, so its a good secondary source of info (with some obvious inaccuracies ref woodfrod). I'm really interested to see the July 31st update to see how many new funds appear.

Simmo - People interpretation and patience varies.

You read the RNS and see the next milestone closer than it was before.

Others read the RNS and see it signposted clearly that there is at least a month until validation is complete.

Inevitable some will cash out and come back later, others will sit and wait etc.
