Tommy - My maths has Poly sub £1. We have a very accurate date on when they first started accumulating which is a lot earlier than most realise.

What’s interesting is their later trades have been more hasty than they needed to be suggesting time is more important than overall average to them.

None of this was insider information or claiming to have the inside track. It was clear signals from the company that they where preparing for commercialisation.

Sprinter missed the mark that was always a possibility and a risk that was not adequately discussed amongst the positivity.

We now know it missed the mark not due to failed science but just an inadequate sample size combined with unfortunate external circumstances.

One thing I have learnt over the years is which posters reliably delivered nuggets of information. There are several posters across many of the boards that have genuine intelligence the kind of intelligence you would expect to have access too if you where trading in the city.

The fact a fund may or may not be buying will not alter our ability to get on a trial it’s an interesting side story. It’s also after the event information that will eventually end up in the public domain in one form or another.

Mani - Your use of the term Long Covid is rather muddled it is not clear from what you write if you are suggesting SNG will treat LC or prevent LC.

Your use of Covid/COPD/LC in a statement is also very muddled.

Let’s be clear we stimulate the immune response to treat Viral infections and may exhibit antibacterial properties. These infections are Covid, Influenza etc etc broad spectrum antiviral.

The cohort of patients that may benefit from these actions are the Gen pop but specifically those who suffer with COPD, genetic deficiencies and probably now LC sufferers with lasting damage to their lungs.

We do not directly treat COPD or LC.

When you talk about future LC trials let’s be clear you are talking about Covid trials which may monitor for LC development or generic multi viral trials that may also monitor for ME or Lc like after effects.

I very much doubt you are suggesting we are put on a trial to attempt to treat LC the science to support this is not there.

Wigster - I think the key is SNG will likely prevent LC because it reduces the chance of the immune system being overwhelmed and the virus entering other areas of the body.

The key point is it’s the antiviral action and it’s ability to stimulate the immune system that’s the USP.

Long Covid may or may not be a thing with the current and future variants and existing sufferers are likely to have a multitude of causes and symptoms etc.

To target LC is foolish it’s the broad spectrum antiviral properties they need to prove out which may have knock effects to long covid which might add a premium to the ticket but it’s not the silver bullet, hence the sideshow comment.

Mani - Academics exist to generate publications. Publications require peer reviews.

I’m not sure why you beat the peer review drum so loudly, it’s part of the scientific research process.

If a group of PI’s club together and use their effective share holding as leverage to open dialogue with a company you may be surprised that they listen.

If you then appoint appropriate spokespeople and infrequently pester them again you will be surprised at the response.

When this particular poster suggests they have had dialogue with RM I believe them as in the past as a collective we have had dialogue with the company and this has been referenced in company statements.

Before anyone suggests the notion of insider trading this is not what is being suggested.

For a long time Mani has been ramping Long Covid it’s time to challenge that and ask them to justify how and why they believe this adds value in the short to medium term and how it would change the way SNG would be trialled.

Wigster - There was a debate between the founder of the guild and another posted who also posts on Reddit both knowledgable and well respected.

Differing arguments on the significance of LC to SNG and then then the poster who we know has had direct meetings with RM throughout the past 3years states he had direct agreement from RM on the assertion that Long Covid is a sideshow in the SNG story and not a main focus.

So do I believe Mani who is known to exaggerate the significance of events or this poster who for the past 3 years has maintained a pretty level head and has direct prior industry experience.

Go figure.

A LC trial is not the most expeditious route to market for SNG.
