You really truly do my friend, its clear to me that it is eating you up, and i'd suggest you might wish to seek a little help. It's now taking over your waking hour. How much did you lose on your Flyb investment ?

Your fifth paragraph - wow, If you feel this bb is the correct forum for your statement, then that's entirely your personal choice, i guess.

Your sixth paragraph - slightly open to interpretation, do you not think, and whilst there are many issues and problems that beset, many countries throughout the world, this bb has been created for people to post on STOB.

I have previously thanked you for your kind "heads up", as you know, but yet again you reiterate your view, time and time again. Are you of the opinion that I am able to read your posts, or that I am unable to grasp the underlying tone and message of your posts ?

I think not. So I am left with the only logical explanation for your ramblings, you have an agenda, your lost money, it's clearly hurting you, and you have taken it upon yourself to post your bile in the vain hope that you may have a small disruptive influence here.

welshy & Volcano - have to agree, those that lost money on Flyb, believed the hype about a bidding war and ignored the grim financial rns over 2/3 years.

regrettably people find it difficult to look in the mirror, and accept their personal miscalculation or understanding of the situation.

Think you summed it up Volcano when you posted " you can only buy whats up for sale".

in the last few remaining days on the Flyb bb i read posts where guys over there were encouraging others to blitz the Stob bb with negative posts, which was somewhat childish to me, which is being kind.

i'm happy to debate any area's of STOB's operations - but that has not been the case. its fairly evident to me when i've asked pertinent questions about STOB's ongoing plans in each of its three divisions they have little or no knowledge.

its a clear policy attempt at disruption, which i would suggest has been seen by genuine STOB pi's as exactly that.

i guess we have all lost money on a position, over the years, its parcel of investing, how individuals deal with such situations is very much down to their own personal make up. bearing grudges will only eat away at you. my advice would be to look forward, and enjoy life.

You clearly feel you have been mugged off and that the consortium got Flyb at knock down price.

No doubt you will continue slinging unfounded accusations, for many months to come.

You keep banging on about Virgin - but it may have escaped your understanding that this bb, is about Stob.

I'll repeat to you as i do pretty much every time you vent your spleen on here, in the very unlikely event that there were any misdoings in the t/o its up to the relevant authorities to take any actions deemed appropriate.

I suggested last week that monthly production figures were fine but that costs of production only come through every six months in the finals.

You won't get any sense out of Stockdale, on this as he has recently posted that in his opinion the financials are not important has they are historic !??!??!?

Only a few days to the finals and then the true position will be clear.

Expect Ast to have been monthly cashflow negative for for some months. Production at a loss.

fastfood - agree with much of what you say, though i'm less sure many believed the ippc permit was a "thunderbirds are go moment"

even the glass half full, were aware that without the ability to bring gas out of the ground in any sensible levels, the project was going nowhere.

Great for trading though.

Adding to your 17.28 post, i'd factor in well depletion levels into any calculations, for a b/e return on any investment, into a processing plant. Remember the present two wells were considered the best bets, and 15 months into production, major work overs are required. Think we all expected production levels to fall off, but not so quickly and at such a high level.The writing was on the wall within 6 months effectively, as regards falling production levels.

I agree that the concession expiry is a concern, i've raised this several times on here. Can't see any outside investment until its renewal.

Also important to be aware that Slovenia has very limited gas storage facilities, which is why it's present gas supply deal with Russia is "on a take and pay" basis.

Exetrchief - we know you feel very frustrated for your losses on the FLYB T/O.

Over £100m to restructure, however not enough of that sum went towards your own personal bank balance, did it.

Hence your annoyance, and your need to post anything negative you can find on Virgin group on this STOB bb.

It seems to be eating you up that you can't get at Richard Branson directly, but you need to chill my friend - all this gnashing of teeth, can't be good for your health.

Reso, - agreed he's probably a bit busy, the final accounts should be out in all their glory, any day now (17th April last year ).

Lots to take on board within the accounts, ( for those that bother to read them lol ).

Pooroldman15 - Flybe restructuring plan is good new imv - otherwise the newly purchased Co. would continue to make losses, and this is not the plan lol.

It's Connects plan to reverse this trend and create a profitable business, with financial stability.

That's a bit disingenuous !

Surely it is everyone's intention to make a profit, when buying shares !

Surely the whole idea is to buy a share at a low price then sell it to someone else for a higher price - is it not ?

I'm reasonably sure that was the intention of all pi's, when they pressed the button.

The difference is people got spiked and then became LTH's by accident, by circumstances, by mis judgement, or by greed.

Lol Bradis - in addition don't invest more than you can afford to lose, make sure you have spare cash to average down is necessary and prudential.

Then there is the key one for several on this bb, don't fall in love with your share, or the project !!!

Have 5-15 aim shares in mind, research them fully, read the rns ( especially the Interims and finals )

Keep a weather eye on cashflow ( cash is king ) We all want to avoid placings even though they are an inconvenient necessity.

Look for exploration shares where the road is long and winding.

Watch the tone of posts - when an inflection point arrives, wait for the known rampers to get hold of a share, telling all who listen that a spike is due. Judge when the number of positive posts is in the ascendancy. Sentiment is key in aim trading.

Don't worry about getting in at the bottom or getting out at the top - greed can result in missed opportunities, on the one hand and can get you locked in on the other.

10% / 20%, is not to be sneezed at.

Get in, get out, don't hang about !!!

Those locked in at 1.5p - say 2p need to understand why it makes sense to trade this when its volatile.

A trade buy at 0.4p then selling out at 0.6p is a 50% profit or for every £1000 in £1500 comes back out ( less trading costs / spread ) - what's not to like!

For those spiked at 1.5p - you'll need the sp to hit 2.25p for a similar return

For those spiked at 2p - you'll need the sp to hit 3p for a similar return.

If your average is at these higher levels you will have certainly have had to suck up a considerable amount of dilution as Reso mentions.

In the meantime as you wait, traders trade, and the sp remains in a range well under your escape price.

Yes it's frustrating, i accept. But you have three options, sell up at best, hold until you reach your break even or trade and make some money.

Pooroldman 15 - You are aware that in order to create a financially secure company, Flybe has confirmed it is undertaking a 'base restructuring.

That will involve removing unprofitable routes / flights, and at the same time look towards opportunities to increase flights where profitable opportunities are identified.

Whilst Flyb are still working through the review, it has been suggested in the media that some decisions have been finalised.

Here is an extract from a BBC report on Exeter:

"Exeter - Flybe will fly its last jets from the airport on 26 October. This will not affect turboprop flights or its "base structure" it said."

Not my words, or necessarily those of Flyb.

It will be good news for all airports effected if other carriers decide to take up routes / flights Flyb deem to be non cost effective.

So i see the info you have kindly posted at 13.28 as good news for passengers.

Expect a continued period of uncertainty and change, over coming months, its been clear for some time that there was an over supply,and it will balance out as we move forward.
