I also agree with Eric and Suzy. I am moving my anticipated positive decision date to Friday 23 March 2018. If anyone is sufficiently bored and interested in opening a book on this topic, please go ahead.

I suspect that the reason why this particular Sami community didn't answer by the deadline date is that they do not respect the deadline date. They don't like being dictated to by a remote Government in Stockholm. The Government shows respect for the cultural difference and will play to the Sami tune until the Government is satisfied that the Sami understand that the Government has indeed bent over backwards to please the Sami during this consultation process. That is a pretty good reason to give them two more weeks before the Government hands out the decision that the Sami don't want to hear.

Is no big deal. Let the Sami have it. The Sami may well have a very good reason why they couldn't reply in the three week period just ended. What is positive is we know today, the day after the deadline has passed. . That is now three rapid responses from the Government in succession. The Government is not procrastinating in my opinion. This is a professional response and doubt follows from legal Counsel.

I want to see the same high volume on Atkie as occurred 12-15 Feb ( approx 2.5m traded per day) before i am tempted. There was a similar discrepancy then which closed rapidly. Trading on today is Atkie is 732k, trading on AIM is 8k.

Well found Mick. The Government response at the end of November 2017 and the beginning of January 2018 was very prompt. I expect the same with an answer positive answer within two weeks. If any one wants to open a book on likely decision dates my date is Friday 19th March.
