Surely someone else went to the AGM that posts on here. It is a sorry state of affairs if none of us can be bothered to go and the one that does go can't be bothered to provide a decent report of what was discussed and what was the sentiment of the management. Johnny - you've missed your opportunity to make a good impression and gain some respect by providing a concise nuanced non-judgemental report. Not a lot to ask really, but hopefully another shareholder attended and can provide a competent report.

I would have liked to go but as I live in Edinburgh i couldn't justfiy it. The spread on the share in the UK is now much reduced. It is 6.975/6.885. Those two trades at 70k and 80k were my sells by me as I am getting quite nervous about my large shareholding. I still own over half a million so I'm not a traitor to the cause just yet.

I hope someone is going to ask today about the elephant in the room - i.e. what is the Board's strategy on Kallak from hereon, assuming no positive decision, as that is the way it is looking. I think it is time to start making plans for legal action. All this pussy footing around hasn't worked.

There are 4 buys today totalling 127k and 3 sells totaling 63k. One of the buys was for 100,000. the spread has diminished to around 0.1p which should promote trading. I'd describe it as silent running, awaiting Monday's depth charge.

So it's Monday morning then. Whats three more days after waiting 3000?

I agree Eric. A decision tonight and a 7.00am RNS. Then no one can trade in advance of the public knowledge.

I'm sure this is the last day that the shares can be bought for single figures. It tells me on my advent card which finishes tomorrow.

I think your profit per share per year (row 20) has used 566 million as the number of shares when it would be 766 million

I think it is more likely that Kallak will be sold to LKAB allowing Beowulf to focus on Finland and Kosovo. This is why I will be holding on to a good chunk of my shares - for the future corporate action and the resulting very large special dividend payment. The rumour of LKAB sniffing should be very invigorating to the share price. 50p beckons

It would only need to be suspended if the decision was during market hours. We now know this will not happen, so it will not be suspended

It seems to me that this indicates the decision is imminent, why otherwise issue the RNS. Suggests there was substance to Kurts statement 'before the summer' .

Some buys at 7p went through around 3pm. On the Atkie the price finished at 1.06SEK. With the current exchange rate at 11.81SEK = £1, that is a discount of 28% in the UK. It has never been this big before.

If you are a believer then it could a great opportunity. The two buys this morning at 8.24 and 8.25 were mine. I should find out later this week if I'm the nutter.

Very interesting indeed. At 5;34:00 a politician called Orson says the Kallak decision is expected today or next Thursday. So it's coming on Thursday.
