My understanding of this is that Falcon have agreed to pay a total of $3.5m to reduce the royalty payments payable to TOG from 3% to 1%. This means that Falcon believe it to be worthwhile to pay this sum to achieve an increase in their revenue of 2/97th's of what they would already be entitled to receive. This means that they would need to earn in excess of $170m to justify paying this $3.5million fee.

Is this Royalty payment based on gross or net revenue?

The sub 18p price wasn't a few weeks back , it was 29 March and 1 April. I think the latest slides are truly excellent. They make a compelling investment case especially knowing that B2gold picked their own two 23kg samples as part of a Due Diligence excercise and that a generous board member shared that info.

That is a great letter from the chairman. it covers all the political and economic issues. The clock is now ticking as we await the response. Everyone understands where this heading if they don't make the correct decision.

Could you clarify your last sentence in your comment of 10.18am. I think there might be a typo which makes it difficult to follow.
