Mb, mb not. Funds will be needed for a pilot plant, sometime in the next 6 months. I know we're hoping for a partner funding, but that's the dream of ALL early stage miners. Sometimes it happens, mostly it doesn't.

For all EEE's progress, it looks like the big boys are not yet falling over themsemves to throw cash at us.

I'm not sure that £40m is that low a Mcap for a resource with an as yet commercially unproven processing route, in a co which will need to raise £10Ms for a pilot plant in the near future.

It suits mgt to not publish accounts to hide potential issues as long as possible. While it's suspended for late accounts it can tout around for cash, if anyone will provide it. Personally, I think the writing has been on the wall for well over a year, tho even I find my flabber totally ghasted at the brazen flouting of shareholder norms.

There's no cash, the co staggers on courtesy of suppplier and customer loans (secured on what?) hoping hor the best.

Mb it will re emerge with a hugely dilutive share issue, mb it will never relist at all, with creditors picking over the bones. Sorry for holders, but that's the way I see it.

V interesting from AGEOS. Gives me confidence that the pilot plant, once running, will be successful. I'll be watching closely to see how its gonna be funded.

Debt being cleraed, divis being promised, PFS next year on Douta, low cost mine life extensions being scoped. Much to like here, along with a founder/CEO who has built credibility by delivering.

Yet more bying by the founder, a helluva statement of confidence in the co.

A year ago THX was near ATh at 22p, gold was just over $1900. Wth gold @ $2500, this should well N of 30p by now, LOM notwithstanding.

But I would like to hear more news of incumbents showing interest in what still appears to me to be viewed by the industry as an "unconventional" deposit. Certainly if an established player showed interest it would immediately give credibility to the processing route and re rate the value of everything.

Perhaps waiting for that risks missing the boat, but my innate caution tells me that may be better than getting on a boat that never sails, to stretch a metaphor. As ever, we will have to wait and see.

But we're still in the situation of having a lot of Ti in forma that don't have a history of succesful exploitation at scale, it seems to me. No mention of potential interest from industry partners. So presumably the strategy remains to self fund a pilot plant, perhaps starting 2026, with 1st revenues 2027, and proof of concept mb a year later, assuming it all works.

Yes, the prize is enormous if it does, but it looks a long, long road ahead to me. Of course, news of industry interest would change that in an instant.

I don't want to tempt fate, bit it seems to me there has been a fair bit of buying here over the last couple weeks. Shouldn't read too much into the trades pubblished on lse, i know, but there does seem to be more interest.

If we get news soon that Emirates has given the greenlight to upgrade our A380s, there could be a big move on the cards.

There is unlikely to be anything lost by holding on, that's my plan atm while the SP doesn't even reflect the value of the bid. There is always a chance of another bidder. Seems unlikely to me, but you never know.

No. Cannot find it on Google. EST should NOT be giving interviews on closed groups. Any interviews MUST be available to all shareholders, and we should all be telling EST so.

There is no point in trying to vote down the offer. For one, it is likely to fail, as the Bod of both companies will have worked to secure backingand would not be proceeding unless they were confident.

But most important, we have a Bod who think 13.9p is fair value, and are willing to sell at that price. Tells you all you need to know, there's no point forcing a Bod to carry on who want out.

Tbh I don't see a future for holders. A co with no cash can see equity wiped out regardless of the value of its assets. At least, that is a significant possibility, and has been for a long time now.

Perhaps i will be proved wrong.....for holders I hope so. But the signs are not good.

Investing is about numbers, and if they aren't being properly recorded and published, you don't have any info to judge the invextment. Production, market share, etc, etc are secondary metrics.

When ther is clearly no functioning finace function, inadequate cash, no management crdeibility.....(oh I could go on.. then there is simply no investment rationale.).
