Investing is about numbers, and if they aren't being properly recorded and published, you don't have any info to judge the invextment. Production, market share, etc, etc are secondary metrics.

When ther is clearly no functioning finace function, inadequate cash, no management crdeibility.....(oh I could go on.. then there is simply no investment rationale.).

The big issue here is the unknown commerciality of a deposit with different mineralogy to currently exploited deposits. SB and the BoD are convinced of the case, and that partners will arrive. But we knew that. Surely, until those partners/offers materialise, the uncertainty remains, no matter how strong or genuine the BoD beliefs are?

I beg the board's pardon for being the wet blanket here, and please don't think I am disrespecting your hard work. But seriously, do words from SB really change anything?

Prolly the only auditors they could get, but even they aren't willing to sign off without a lot more enquiries. Don't blame the auditors, they're there to look at the books and will take what time they need. If TGR haven't given them that, the fault is with TGR, not the auditors.

As a retired accountant who dealt with auditors all the time, i can speak with some confidence on that.

Anyone thinking suspension is a blessing for holders wants to give their head a shake.

it seems we are not allowed to discuss green boxes. I msgd the mods but in response they removed my post, made no reply to me, and ignored the issues I raised. So it seems the BB (and the others similarly infested) are stuck with our green boxed troll, and complaining about seems more likely to get me banned than anyone else.

I have not been following this thread closely but the above got my attention. so I looked at the auditor's report for YE2023 and see no such qualification. The report details some areas of scrutiny relating to inventory and accruals where the 2022 accounts neded amending, but issued an unqualified report that " the accompanying consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects,

the consolidated financial position of the Group as at December 31, 2023 and 2022, and its consolidated

financial performance and its consolidated cash flows for the years then ended in accordance with

International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs)"

Nothing to see there, i suggest.

Taking account of the extra shares, not yet reflected in the Mcap on here as they've not been issued to market yet, the current SP takes our mCap back to yesterday's open.

I think we all agree that was/is extremely low given what's on offer here, so hopefully the sP will now stabilise, and march much, much, higher on Verkhuba news.

Yeah, all those things are good but suspect some may slip, and may not gain huge attn anyway.

Reckon you're right they will hold for a long time., which softens the impact. News due soon too, so mb downside is limited from here.

Why so? Simple arithmetic says issuing 1/3rd more shares means a lower SP if the Mcap is to stay the same.

That's not to say a higher Mcap isn't justified, but a drop on an announcement seems to me to be logical, unless you assume efficient mkt theory says it was known about all along. clearly most here didn't know, tho.

Well, last year's Q2 ops update came out on 12 July, tho contained little financial info, the Q2 finance update is usually last week of August.

Still, the imminent ops update should give a good idea of where we are....tho I think we largely know.

No idea w//out looking at prospectus.
