How deluded can you be? TGR has failed to file a/cs, misled shareholders on its cash position for years. It clearly has a dysfunctional treasury operation which has failed to forecast cashflow. Then on 7 March promises an "imminent" VAT refund which has never arrived.

Yet you believe your statent above, that it's not a governance issue?

I wouldn't trust the current asset figures much. It will include the "imminent" VAT refund, for one thing. And given the chaotic state of TGR finance function and the fact results were unaudited, imho they're completely unreliable, just as everything about TGR has been for the last couple of years.

This is the most relevant part of AGEOS' post when considering the investment case. Until the processing route is established to the satisfaction of potential partners and/or financiers, there remains great uncertainty whether this is a huge opportunity or ......something else. If it is beyong AGEOS expertise to assess, it is certainly beyond mine. Those expressing certainty here, take note.

However I suggest your approach of meticulous dissection of the idiocies merely gives oxygen to the unhinged, and the best policy is to simply refuse to engage. Yes, I know this post breaks that rule, so will doubtless attract lots of green boxes, but just this once!

"you're not invested here" is not a sensible reply. I have no idea if LH's analysis is correct or not. The point is there is no existing processing operation of this mineral atm, so it is up to EEE to prove doubters like LH wrong. It is irrelevant whether he is invested or not, and almost doesn't matter if his intentions are mischievous.

The point is this is a mineralisation without an established processing route, so questions and doubts are going to keep popping up until either a pilot plant shows commerciality, or a credible large miner validates it by partnering or otherwise.

I'm sorry to irritate those who believe otherwise, but imho LH is doing the bb a favour bringing up these doubts, which otherwise get glossed over by exciitable holders. Thing is, I can remember other situations (someone mentioned HUR, for instance) where doubters were eventually proven right,

I say again, I have no idea if LH is correct or not. But the ball is in EEE court to silence doubters, and they need to convince non holders much more than they do current shareholders.

TBH I'm astonished this is stil at 5p. With a known cash crisis, possible 3rd party ownership or lien over many of its assets, it's hard to see how it's a £7m Mcap.

We know it has also been relying on advance payments, has no credible finance function and new auditors. I would not be surprised if the true value of the co is a -ve.

Let's see if they can publish accounts on time this year, and whether auditors heavily qualify them. Or mb they just miss the deadline and get a convenient suspension, rule nothing out here.

In a sane world these should be at a premium to NAV, but all unlisted investments seem to be heavily discounted atm. V happy to hold here, great LT hold and one day will rerate.

Well, if the mods won't act then we're stuck with him. But as ML said, the previously sensible BB has been lost. It may not appear that way to some, esp recent joiners, but posters have and will continue to shy away from here bcos of the sheer volune of trolling posts.

The only time we get any respite here is when he gets carried away on some other unfortunate bb, so let's hope that happens.
