I can't find anything about admin costs ; the "new" RBD has not published accounts as far as I can see for a period that would reveal it, the 2017 Annual report is not on the website.

So if there is a link to current admin costs, please post it ; that's what these forums are for.

If admin figures are available please say what they are. Figures are always important, if admin figs are known can someone please say clearly what they are and quote a source?

Specifically "the stated objective is to close the transaction in Q3 2018 and commence drilling in 2019, subject to receipt of all permits etc. There has be no change to the indicated timeline.".

FO here would likely focus investor attention here, and would be a good indicator that real FO interest in EOG was likely to be fruitful.
