Good points. The "game changer" imo will coincide with revenue, but it will not only be revenue that drives it. It will be 3 months or so of continued production to prove up the reservoir to the doubters, who still seem to exist in boardrooms, if not in the geo labs.

Fwiw that was pretty much the view of senior NED David Jenkins when we spoke at the 2016 (or was it 2017?) AGM, tho back then he spoke of 6 months +.

Once the wells are seen to perform, it should act like blood in the water.

As for $5-$10 in the ground, I don't think so. Mb back in 2014 at $100+ oil. Not now, with peak consumption in sight and new plays like FB and shale coming on stream.

I'm guessing in the range $2.50 to $5, but that's only a guess, and in the end wtfdik. But even atthose levels, scope for massive returns here.

ww, fair point. But remember hookup has been stalling progress here for over 2 months, more if you count the widespread (and, imho justified) pre Xmas expectations.

So for a milestone to be passed after unexpected delay followed by 2 failed attempts may indeed lead to a substantial rise. Personally I only expect a modest one, but there just could be enough pent up demand here to shift it more.

As ever, we wait and see.

All reports point to chafing during hookup being the issue, I'm sure the new rope will be made to withstand that.

I know of companies who have had "serious interest" from farminees for years, without result ; some have even had cash upfront for exclusivity periods but still no result.

Still, we are where we are. Looks likely now to be a couple weeks to hookup, so FOIL by mid April would now be my guess.

But action upcoming soon on Warwick means that by midsummer we should not only be producing, but should have proved up the Warwick prospect and upgraded our reserves, and have proved the sustainability of the basement concept.

At that point I reckon we will fly past £1 with ease.
