This event is RNSable but it is termed as introducing hydrocarbons into the boat, and should be announced as such by Mon 7am.

The BW employee is clearly unaware of the difference, just as he was unaware that posting sensitive info on FB is stupid and unprofessional, even if the cat was out of the bag already. Someone in his position should know better.

I have no experience relevant here, but those contract terms seem pretty standard to me, I can't see them being any obstacle to any 3rd parties who would be acceptable to HUR and the OGA.

There must be a goodreason, maybe something contractual/procedural that we are unaware of, for selling these straight off, imho.

LadyS, remember Malcy is an easy option for HUR. He lives in the same area, and a 30min interview with him consumes a lot less time than setting up investor calls, meetings, etc.

Go to the link, Annual results presentation p9. The accompanying audio from the same link RT states FOIL could be "Catcher short or Kraken long", ie, 66 to 129 days. Given the relative simplicity of the HUR EPS, one would expect, I thnk, "Catcher short" to be a rough guide.

Overdue, no, HUR plans always said H1.

Later than expectations, yes. Many here feel we were given good reason to expect FOIL last year. But given where we are, FOIL by end H1 is easily doable.

Except imho it was NOT "Bob's idea", it was more likely Bluewater screwing up. We KNOW it was partly that (rope) and I suspect much of the delay in Dubai likely was too. Getting hydrocarbons into the boat, ongoing, seems a bit at the long end of expectation, too.
All technical issues, all in the hands of the boat owners, either wholly or partially.

I'm not saying that's the whole story, and there will be legit reasons for at least part of the delay. But most, imho, must rest with Bluewater.

"realised gains" means just that, remember they bought in c. 15p.

Whether their trading activities were profitable or not is not specifically stated.
