Just when this Co was delivering up fantastic corporate news year on year, up pops the global depression pulling the rug from under the hope and promise. With the global collapse of car sales hitting all motor related stocks, and the ever rising price of platinum when sales of catalyctic converters are falling is not a good combination for this well respected supplier of exhaust management systems. My belief is that it ride out the recession and continue being a chosen supplier to a much leaner and meaner auto industry, but for now stop losses well and truly hit and stock sold a long time ago, waiting for next round of corporate offering to see just how much damage the depression has caused and whether this Co is just wounded and not mortally damaged.

The Company was notified today that on 23 July 2009 Flambard Holdings Limited, of which Mr Rory Stear, a Director of Fieldbury plc, is a shareholder and director, acquired 2,590,000 ordinary shares at 1.8p per share in the company. Following this transaction Mr Stear's holding has increased to 13,633,776 ordinary shares in Fieldbury plc, representing approximately 14.08% per cent of the total voting rights of the Company

Following this with interest and developments could lead to an increase in shareholder value.
