There are no formal indications that ASTR is a subsidiary of EVOL, however with a holding of 61.9% it would appear that EVOL have control of any decisive voting that shareholders will ever have to make, it is a holding that could control any proposed decisions that will be taken by the Board. So in my mind ASTR is under the control of EVOL by virtue of its holdings.
