Under the terms of the agreement Western & Oriental subsidiary, W&O Events Limited, will operate all the event logistics activity of Spring Partnerships. S P is a performance and management consultancy business that provides high performance leadership, team, and management coaching services. It also delivers conference content management services to clients. S P has over the past 6 years established a reputation for high quality incentive and conference logistics. Going forward, Spring Partnerships will work with W&O Events for the delivery of this aspect of its services. With immediate effect, Spring Partnerships has transferred approximately £300k of event revenue to W&O Events and it will refer all future events logistics and event organisation enquiries. The initial agreement is for a period of two years during which both parties will seek to further develop the business.

Wins a £1.5 million contract to provide speech recognition services for a major Government Transport organisation This UK's largest provider of hosted speech recognition services, today announces that it has won a new five year contract worth a minimum value of £1.5m, but which is expected to generate significantly higher revenues over the contract term. The contract is to provide automated telephone services using ECK advanced speech recognition technology on behalf of a major Government Transport & Infrastructure organisation and the first service is expected to launch later this year. The use of Eckoh's speech technology is a key part of the organisation's long-term strategic programme and the services will provide the necessary capacity and capability to handle unexpected increases in call volume to the organisation's contact centre ensuring that customer service advisors can always be deployed on more complex enquiries. In the travel sector ECK operate "on-demand" services which currently take on average 700,000 calls every month. More details on this contract will be announced in due course. ECK's experience in the travel sector over a number of years has demonstrated that these types of services are extremely popular and will be widely used. This is another significant and strategic contract win for ECK and it reaffirms that their on-demand solutions

Trading Update (to 30th June 2009). * Net Gaming Revenues of £1,250,525 (previous quarter: GBP1,126,543). * 67,650 new customer registrations (previous quarter: 49,506). Trading continued to improve during this first quarter of the financial year. Hi boredmum, found your footprint after some heavy culling and filtering on the Premium chat. I agree this is a very frustrating stock. My guess is that without the support of Firebird and Associates this would have floundered many months ago. I too agree that there will be some consolidation going on, without an increase in steel demand there will be no requirement for flourite all the major developing economies are not increasing demand, those that are have forced suppliers to drop wholesale prices for future delivery. If MMS can weather this depression and use its in-house contacts to raise the necessary funding or find a partner then it will reward patient investors, so far I have not heard of any more share buying of the stock either by directors or institutions. I had noticed a recent bit of interest in the shares based on unfounded rumours but I guess is was more puff than substance. Any increase in steel demand and output will be a clear signal that things are looking up. Zinc and lead are holding their own and maybe the alleged resource could be attractive to a better well funded operator.

What is absolutely sacrasanct in Corporate Finance is TRUST. Once that trust is betrayed then all is lost. I have spent years both in my Business life as an Accountantant and trained Corporate Lawyer to be honest and forthrigt to the point of being obnoxious, but it is what I believe in, I have never betrayed anyones trust, and I believe in utmost integrity and will tell another footprinter to their face that they are wrong. But unfortunately comments on here by fellow footprinters has lost that valuable trust to the point of making their position untenable. This is not a place for personal attack or vindictive persolaty clashes, but a place for imparting wealth enhancing Corporate output. This has been my philosophy sinc June 2005 but been dealing in stocks and shares since 1980s long befor the internet was ever concieved. Sad Guy I am. And I believe I do have words of wisdom to impart even if they are a little greyed and ragged. GL ATB to all that follow !

Trust me riddler back in 2005 feathers were easily ruffled. it was a lot worse then trust me, just ask Admin !!!! , I firmly believe it was mine and others "guinea pig" footprints that set the parameters that got us to where we are now, but we are all still on a learning curve. We are all proud and opinionated about our views and get vexed when our voice is perceived not to be listened to, but LSE is a thing for all people and we have to try as members to be all things to all members! it never works, but we have learned to be tolerant, we ignore the waffle but sit up and listen to those things that we trust. But I soon had my rough edeges were smoothed.

One must never forget that these boards are for imparting Financial share enhancing news, or alerts to share price dissaster,, at all costs, not a medium for personalities or personal comments about fellow members, as this is not productive. One man's meat is another man's poison so to speak, so all legitimate corporate offerings are legitimate. If you are going to footprint personal thoughts about your attitude towards another member, and publicy voice those thoughts, then have the courtesy to publish it where that member to whom the comments are directed can read it and offer up a reply, nothing is sacred on these threads, otherwise they are at a disanvantage to offer up a reply otherwise it puts the author of the footprint in a vulnerable position. I have read the recent claptrap on the Regular Share Chat. And I am astonished at the lack of researched banter. If they had bothered to take the time and trouble to read past efforts by fellow members, they would soon realise just how naiive theirr postings are coming across to the well tuned in members are. But if the sort of banter they indulge in rocks their boat, then so be it :)

The Directors of Carpathian wish to announce that, with immediate effect from the date hereof, the ordinary shares (the "Shares") are being redenominated from Sterling to Euros such that the nominal value of the Shares is €0.01.The redenomination into Euro was passed at a General Meeting on 21 July 2009.
