ENT. Foolow up to previous footprints. past sessions have delivered up two 1.5Million trades. The sp was up just shy of 23% pre session today. Definitely buying in on rumour and for developments on the impending TMO "float" tucked this away for a rainy day. DOO and TAN look undervalued right now.

MMS. This stock is being treated with total contempt by the "market" you can mop up these shares in batches of 250k without the bat of an eyelid. Big Mistake market. With mutterings that the old workings can deliver up the bounty, bearing in mind the previous proven resources were priced at out of date commodity prices, if and when the JORK report is presented, money accumalated from beleaguered shareholders will be able to get the stuff out of the ground and sold bringing in the alleged 500 million + stirling bunce. For a Co only valued at around £6mns this stock should take of big time just as long as they stop issuing new shares diluting EPS so by the time the big one does come in it is in the price.

DOO. Ringowinner I hope you were patient and "got in" on weakness as suggested! if not hold for now more sp upside due. But never lose sight of the fact that there is a processing plant to expand and a new one to be built before the big money rolls in, for now being bank rolled. New shares caused sp to take a beating but presented buying opportunity, new money will be used to take this Co forward and sp appreciation will follow.

FSG. HSBC Bank plc has extended its Bancassurance solutions to the tune of £322,000.

BGP. Is proposing to raise finance to possibly buy out the entire isc of Quantica plc (QTA). The deal is recommended by the QTA Board and is being structured as an all cash offer with a share offer as an alternative.

QTA.Possible up to 50p offer on the table from Berkeley Scott Group (BGP). The deal is along the lines of all cash but a share alternative mooted.

SCO. Has announced further contract gains with US special forces to supply communications hardware/software. Contract worth around £250K.

IHP. Has raised just of a quarter of a mill by issuing 17Million shares in order to fund the current expansion plans. Several Directors have taken up some of the slack. Correction Stephen Wicks was the spearhed of removing AF from the BLLM Board.

BLLM. Of course I meant to say Desmond Stephen Wicks, spearheaded the ousting of previous Directors and now holds a substantial investment in this Co, apologies Stephen.

BLLM. Now owning some 10.05% of CYH or 2Mns shares equates to £1.15Mns, BLLm AG owns 4.1% or 815K shares =£467K. BLLM having a market Cap of £1.5Mns appears to be prime material for a re-rating. Plenty of issued shares in secure hands and investee Cos performing well. A nothing stock for now but Desmond Simon Wicks has hinted there are plans afoot for a change of direction. All the recent Corporate movements suggest a future showing share price appreciation.

ADE. Morning TOMMYTURNIP. There is always future news in the price as deals of this type cannot be kept secure despite the Rules etc in place to prevent non public information leaking into the price. Having said that, normal market forces will take over and the sp respond to the next bit of potential positive news. The positioning of a 29.9% stake in such a tiddler by BUPA is very very significant. The "well being" advertising campaign by Alliance Boots can only be good for ADE. More sp upside I would suspect.

ZGP. A partnership with Videsh Sanchar Nigam Ltd ("VSNL"), one of India's largest internet service providers and a member of the Tata Group, with ONSPEED acceleration software with unrivalled web access speeds, has been officialy announced this morning.

ADE. Bupa Finance acquires a 29.9% stake, just shy of the 30% threshold which would trigger a mandatory offer for the remaining issued shares. The cost of this stake racks up to £3Mns.

IHP. Oh dear !Has announced the appointment of Mr Angus Forrest to the Board as Chairman. AF in charge at BLLM for far too long, an EGM was called by the major shareholders,including myself, spearheaded by Simon Wicks to remove AF from the Board due to a moribund, underperformaning Co and shareholder value being consistently eroded. Will be watching the strategy of IHP closely.

CART. What is the market sentiment out there to suggest time to get back in.

IEC. To be more succint a 1239er is more appropriate.

CART. So in other words Chezney you don't have a clue !. Explain to me the market sentiment, fundamentals, historical evaluation, histogrammes or purely your gut feeling from hearsay that you are relying on or am I busting your balls.

CART. Why? what is the trading logic of this "get back in" reasoning. Is there any additional information that can be offered up to support this suggestion or is it pure supposition.
