RDS. My instinctive views for PRTY and 888 are that they will suffer as a result of the ongoing legislation rub. As for me the one stock that sticks out as a sure fire WINNER ( I rarely use capitals, in fact I have never been known too, except under durress, my winner for the future is TAN. It has all the hallmarks and credentials to be next weeks's market star. I re-iterate my previous footprints because TAN cannot sustain current market weakness. Buy for immediate sp upside.

There are suggestions that the US Authorities will demand that the likes of 888 et al will be ordered to pay back any and all profits made out of their American operations pursuant to anti US gaming legislation. The fallout of such orders will devastate the lokes of 888 and PRTY, although both Companies are allegedly seeking an alternative deal with the US Authorities for a compromise and so draw a line under the ongoing uncertainty..

BNK. Turnover is purported to be up 74% so this stock is in a much stronger position than when sp was in the 30s. A longer term investment here

DOO. after following recent market falls will benefit from its development, with the backing of BP, by the development of Jatropha being cultured on otherwise wilderness scrub land. DOO will have control over feedstock prices and Jatropha yields up to 4 times that of soya and 10 times that of corn, the economica stack up, other biodiesel firms will fall like chaff by the wayside but DOO will flourish and prosper big time late 2008/2009.

LTR. Judging by volumes today, could well be that some Co wants to get its hands on the dosh.

BILL. Has signed up with Warid Telecom Bangladesh to supply data clearing services. Warid is alleged to have a million subscribers, so BILL and its subsidiaries have signed another lucrative Asian contract. Onwards and upwards from here.

KTS. Has bought the entire isc of Arcontech Ltd for a consideration of up to £1.5Mns. Will bring a boost to this financial services operator.

SCO. Following on from previous footprints. All the conditions and full terms have now been formailised into the signed contract to supply the Eurocopter with £9Mns worth of SCO offerings. Remaining on a buy stance here.

SVE. Good news these buy backs, idea is to enhance eps and so share holder value. As bought back shares are held in treasury stock they will not be entitled to any future dividends, thus more available cash diverted to shareholders, available shares become more attractive as fewer of them puts a squeeze on the price. My Aug 06 sentiments still prevail, this is still an undervalued stock.

GON. This stock has bucked the general market downward trend. The recent and impending new contracts have given these shares a fillip. lock in those 400% profits and run remainder and buy in on weakness.

DOO. short term traders could have a field day here, but not showing their hands for once, however, latest pundit seems to suggest that the current £2.38 is some way off the £3 price when trading was less exciting than now. Potentially with Jatropha oil costing 30% less than equivalent alternative oil. Middlesborough plant is schedules to expand taking its output capacity to 220K tonnes from current 32K tonnes. The recent purchase of a site in Merseyside earmarked for conversion will produce 420K tonnes by 2009 when demand for non fossil based fuels will boom. Todays prices offer up great value for money.

PKW. Has formed a JV with TEG to produce compost products, with two facilities planned in SW England.
