PROP. For £2Mns has granted ECO2 North Lincs Ltd an option over 5 hectares at Brigg for the proposed development of a biomass power-station. Terms are an undisclosed up-front fee and the option lasts for 36 months. Should all the necessary planning approvals not be in place by then the option is extendable by 6 months upon payment of a further interim fee. Diarised this for 36 months subject to interim development.

I agree you had followed this stock and it showed great promise, the market savaged this stock beyond what the general market had dished out, but I agree there is no reason why this stock is underperforming, your views and research on this stock is respected and I share your optomism in light of developments. The market let you down here. There is a piece in the Sunday Mail financials on how the pub culture is being slaughtered by poor weather, legislation, cheap supermarket spirits competion, not sure how this impacts on BES's market, I only know that as a Company BES is liquid and a good product mix.

BES. Hi chan, so where do youstand with this stock in view of the rhetoric. You have TW's view and mine. what is your investment strategy here. I frirmly believe without flowery rhetoric, BES should improve.

BES. Hi chan, yes this stock had all the hallmarks for success but got trampled on along the way, with money now in the bank and a tidying up of the Balance Sheet, my guess it will be seriously looked at again, basement prices here is my guess, but a very much out of favour thus overlooked stock with potential for a full recovery.

MMS. Numbers released had few surprises, but there were lots of hidden clues as to where this sp is heading. With possible JV's and a positive JORC report later this year, and a prompt extraction programme thereafter, this share has plenty upside potential. But as usual "city" cynism will prevail so do not expect too much excitement until the juicy news is turned into tangible progress.

BES. Sells its Blavod Extreme Spirits USA brand for £800K to Jeff Hopmyer controlled Co Black Diamond Spirits.who resigns from the Board. The deal also includes Laurus Facility debts totalling £3.2Millions.

WTV. You see trying, told you this was worth hanging on to. A long wait but worth it, has received an approach that may or may not lead to a bid.

ENRT. Is restructuring its balance sheet, making it stronger as a result of issuing some 10millions shares to pay off certain creditors, company announced yesterday.

GON. Increases initial Pepsico "Blasterz" order by a further £700K. Buy for long term rapid growth.

NET. Signs a 3 year strategic partnership agreement with C&W Europe. C&W will integrate a hosted platform to deliver NET's queuebuster. NET's customer base includes BT, BUPA, First Direct, Halifax, LB Islington, LLoyds TSB, NPower, THe Pru, RBS, UU and Vertex.

CART. Acquires Blackwater House the Northern Irish training operation for £980K. Has also announced the award of its first significant contract from the NI Dept for Education generating %5Mns in the first three years.

RCG. The Group has outperformed building a firm footing for continued rapid growth for the rest of this year and into 2008. Financial Highlights: 71% growth in turnover to £38.7Mns; Pre Tax Profits rise to £12.1Mns; Gross Margins rise to 49%; earnings Per Share (EPS) increasing by 43%.

DOO. Hazard a guess, but looks like a good entry point on momentum. Catching short term weakness for medium to long term gain. T traders may have taken a punt here so watch out for short term bailers.

BILL. Announces that it has increased its pressence in Latin America by supplying the Uruguayan mobile operator ANCEL with its adapted data clearing service to 1.3mn alleged subscribers.

MMS. Has produced today, an interim report suggesting that the Bou Jabour Tunisian prospects will deliver up significant mineral findings. Full technical info in RNS released earlier today. Full and concise JORC standard report is expected to be delivered to the Co last 1/4 of 2007. Company has said it will deliver up Annual numbers 31st Aug, these numbers are not expected to be brilliant.

OMG. Has announced that it has secured a two year £475k further contract with MoD. Mod has a £10Millions budget for the victor in a Competition for Ideas programme. OMG has been in the starting blocks for some time now.

CBI. A capacity of 50k Tonnes will not set the world alight, but they are attempting to use end waste products, they will need a supply of fresh funding if they are to expand capacity and compete with more viable/sustainable alternartives. My concern is that by the time CBI gets its offering to market there is very little or no profit margin or that there is not enough. As previously mentioned here by others DOO is a far better proposition without the inherent supply/cost risk.

SPM. This web print publisher and events organiser was informed that the Finance Director bought 16,666 shares at 9p, allocating 8,333 to the share incentive scheme and 8,333 Mr Appiah now holds just under 88k isc.

TDM. Will change its name today to Environmental Recycling Technologies plc and admit to trading 57,377,049 new shares. A full review of the Company's operations will begin with emphasis on core activity and disposal of non-core operations.
