Announced on 21st September, it unconditionally exchanged contracts with Taylor Wimpey plc for the acquisition of an off plan unbroken retail parade, which has open planning consent, close to the Birminghan Hippodrome, for a "2.25 Mns consideration. £225k has been paid as a deposit, the remaining £2Mns will be paid on completion of 198 new apartments, scheduled for completion last 1/4 2009.
