Former General Electrics directors moving this Co forward now. In a world of energy efficiency and a grrener agenda, GTE fits the bill, it ensures that turbines are as efficient as possible by kleeping them pristine clean.Revenues are literally rocketing. With £4mns in cash; Profits are pencilled in at 1mns on an expected turnover of £10Mns next year; increasing to £1.5Mns in 2009. With firm institutional support underpinning the Co. Signed a 5 year contract with Caterpillar along with an extended contract with Rolls for a further 3 years. Some very good positives here pointing to some sp upside.

Looks like a few large trades in amongst a lot of bread and butter trades. Looks to me like positive some Corporate news is being built into the sp, and large single trades reflect some rumour.

Non Exec director, Philip Clarke, bought 5k ordinaries @ £1.57/share, taking his direct holding to almost 34k.

Excellent progress being made to 30th Sept. Cash balances at half year end stand at £1.6Mns; Sales during the period are 20% higher year on year. Further progress will be maintained

Notified board of SCR that it had purchased, for cancellation, 533,850 of its own shares at 25.25p/share. There are now 43,846,486 shares in issue and 4,221,730 shares held in Treasury. The board has indicated that it still has member authority to buy back a further 261,280 shares. We can expect some sp movement on the back of recent transactions and my guess is an EGM will be called to renew the share buy back authority

Company were informed that after disposing of 9.8odd millions ordinaries, Evolution Securities Ltd now holds 11.2Mns representing 6.93% of the ordinary issued share capital ("isc").

A director George Atterbury purchased more shares taking his beneficial holdings to 22.03% of the Issued Share Capital ("isc") taking control of almost 8millions 5p ordinary shares. His purchase of 25,099 shares were priced at 53p

Britannia building society will be using NET's QueueBuster service at its Bristol contact centre, this service will provide Bbs's customers with an alternative to waiting in telephone gueues during busy periods.

Noam Lanir, through Groverton Management Ltd, a company owned by NL, now holds 47.8% representing some 135.82 Millions of the issued shares. Mr Ron Baron lifted his stake to 11.9Mns shares taking his holding to around 4.2%. The shares were bought at prices around 35.5p/share 5.32 and 2.28 Millions were purchased respectively..

Sees market trading below expectations. Although pre acquisition increased by 5% the Co expects to report revenues of no less than £11.3Mns. and an estimated loss of £1.3Mns. Having looked at these figures, there must be more to the current sp weakness, the expected results could not justify a fall as today. The business remains strong

Commences its drilling programme in its Iranian Dalli porphyry gold and copper prospect 200Kms southwest of Tehran. Drilling is expected to take 6 weeks to complete. PNG has a 70% option over this prospect.

Company has come out and informed the market, that it is in discussions regarding several possible offers for the entire share capital. Although these discussions are at a very early stage. The days under the current ownership look numbered.

Announces that a major order has been won, to provide the Volvo Ocean Race 2008, with Race Management System to all yachts, monitoring their positions, and every stage of the 39,000 mile global race. Using the INMARSAT network will provide positioning and regular race updates to an estimated audience of 2billions.

Hi salamander. Judging by the rather large delayed/bargains with conditions trades reported late session yesterday, wouls support the argument that any weakness in the sp is being siezed on. The negative here is that it will take a fair few months 08/09 before the promissed volume income comes on stream, but it should tie in with the increased demand for fossil fuel alternatives. The major fuel providers will all have to adapt to meet consumer demand, and my guess also is that green issues will form a large part of any impending election campaign. All in all there does not appear to be any banana skins lurking, apart from the Raipur spat, it will quickly be put to bed, because India stands to gain from JATROPHA, presumably they will be getting a taxed slice of the action. Has funding and heavyweight backing so has a bright and prifitable future.

These shares proved a pretty good investment mid 2006 on the back of pretty decent corporate information being put up by the company. My stance, having locked in profits twice over is to run remainder at pure profit. My guess is that there is further upside, but I choose to churn profits.

Pre tax profits came in at £270K against losses of £2Mns last time; Turnover fell to just under £700k from £1.7Mns. Having £23.9Mns in cash, will try to maximise shareholder value, "for sale" board has been nailed to the door, and plans to return the cash to members as soon as possible.
