Second quarter update, indications are that Net gaming revenues are up 34% to £675k (Q1 2007 £503K); almost 30,000 new customers registered, up 15% to 228,902; Cash reserves circa £1.1mns @ 30th Sept; Maiden operating profit for the month of September. Trading in October remains strong.

I hope this is not construed as patronising, but I have read both yours and chan's contribution and followed the stock with you. I will not tread on informed toes unless there is some valid contribution that I can offer up, so far there has been none. But today's RNS tells an unfolding story. Yes it does seem like the board is a lonely place at times, but I for one read every interesting footprint, you cannot argue with facts.

Hi salamander. Snap as you say. No nothing that isn't there already, but interesting to read developments in a "nutshel" so to speak. Allows readers who may have missed the thread to read, what iI believe to be, very interesting niche developments from a tiddler Co trying to make it big.

The news today that its Tres Curvas-1 wildcat exploration well in north eastern Columbia was anticipated (footprint 27th Sept seq). Yeilds 180 barrels of oil/day(bopd) in a preliminary test. The Co expects that flow rates will meet or exceed original forecasts of 300 bopd. A service rig is being sourced to determine optimal flow rates and initial reserves.

The shares have been hit hard on the ipo of a company called GEMBioFuels which listed on aim yesterday, when it raised £3.5Mns. It competes directly with DOO. GEM alledges that its first batch of Jatropha oil will be ready by end 2008, same as DOO, and will produce 210,000 Tonnes/year by 2014. I still believe DOO has the advantage and enough clout backing it to see of the competition, this market is very competetive, so some consolidation is a certainty..

Merrill Lynch takes its direct holdings to 11.38%, controlling 7Mns issued shares. Blackrock inc declared an indirect holding of 14.02% controlling just shy of 9mns issued shares.

Cairns Investments sold 250k shares reducing its holding to 22.8%

As we approach the 25th Oct deadline, panic sets in, I for one have been watching and waiting, pondering and speculating. If ENT does not declare an interest rto in its shares by the 25th, then the shares will be suspended, if within the next 6 months no deal is concluded, the shares will be de-listed, but wait, TMO is up against the clock too, it wants a listed vehichle to reverse into. This stock has all the Corporate intrigue you ever need in order to watch the "city" play mind games. Will go to the 11th hour of suspension.

With ink still wet on the last holdings announcement. Having bought up a further 3mns shares today Morgan Stanley has upped its holdings to 29Mns to 7.54%. Someone wants these shares badly and is not waiting around for the ink to dry.

is raising just under £600k before exs to fund further development of apllication streaming business. Has issued 20mns new shares of 1p each priced at 2.925 with institutional investors. The take up of these shares represents 4.69% of the enlarged issued share cap base. The new shares will probably cause the current sp to take a hit, but should recover as new contracts announced and filter through to bottom line P&L/BS

This stock shows no signs of weakening. Moving stop loss to £1.15. When a stock reaches sustained recent new highs without buying pressure, suspect there is corporate news heading our way.

Morgan Stanley notified the Co recently that it holds 26mns of the issued share capital ("isc") representing a holding of the Ordinaries of 6.77% out of 380 mns issued shares.

The 2.5Mns shares buy, not significant in money terms, but significant in view of the developing situation here. Either the 2.5Mns buy is a work of folly, or something significant on the eve of a possible reverse takeover. TMO renewables is well advanced in its quest for a stock market listing.
