Hi ronnie. Could well be if the current holding announcement is followed by more. Artemis Investments announced today that they hold 51.98Mns isc representing 3.53%. The difficulty with this stock is the large issued cap base, some 1.473Billion shares circulating, this will put a dampner on any significant upside potential, small increments in sp have a large effect on market cap.

Reorganisation successfully completed and re-financing in place. cva was approved June, including the appointment of a new Board of Directors. 2Mns new shares issued to advisers for their contribution. Raised £70K cash by the issuing of 7Mns new shares and a further 2.5Mns new shares at par on 20th Sept to cover convertible loan notes. The accounts for the period reflect the restructuring under the cva with a resulting £4K loss. The Co is now in a position to enhance shareholder value by acquisitions.Funds raised are sufficient to meet ongoing operating expenses.

Although significant orders have been won, figures due out 30th September will be below market expectations. But improvement will be made in the next accounting periods.

My guess is that there will be some positive Corporate news in the pipeline to warrent the pre session rise, it must be more than 15K shares traded yesterday which caused the sp to rise so strongly, which could not have caused the sp to rise alone.

There must be more to this rise than meets the eye. A 16.7% rise in a session can be down to 15K shares being traded. Await Corporate news.

Hi fourteenhundred. My gues is that the current lending regime and fallout of the debt crisis looming is impingeing on all proprty/developers stocks. We also have any thoughts of a take out fading, but will be re-kindled. Current weakness as a reaction to figures is not uncommon, in fact normal in my book and represents a great opportunity to make gains as new developments swing into action and boost bottom line profits. This Co is not relient on huge borrowings, it has a massive land bank. Building on the future and current weakness but set downside stop losses. A very very attractive property developer is OKD.

Looks like this share will be moving from penny share status to recent new highs. This stock looks like having a bright future, long may the current sp rise continue.
