HML. The "for sale" board could be put up soon, with the announcement that Mr Michael P Dunne has a holding of 5.29% with accounts for 25.4Mns isc. This along with Barclays mopping up stock suggests a possible bid for the remaining shares.

NTA. Recent shake out after failed talks, now gives us a second chance to buy up stock at end of sale/basement prices. Has announced a tie up with Minerva to acquire Leinster House Hotel W2 via the purchase of LLH Ltd Partnership for £20Mns, completion is expected to take place Oct. With an expected rental income of £800K/annum from Westminster City Council. Minerva has stated presents an attractive medium term residential development opportunity.

CYH. Buys Amatics Ltd, with a committed £1.7M existing customer revenue stream for £4mns with an additional 2 year earn out of £2Mns. The consideration comprises £3.5Mns cash, £3.25Mns on completion the remaining £250k payable over 5 months from 1st Oct, and the issue of 962,000 new shares ranking pari passu with existing shares. At the last bean count Amatics had £3.3Mns revenue and ebit of £1.3Mns (ebitda £1.6Mns) cash stood at £3.3Million.

ECK. Having bought 4millions shares at 6.5p on 21st August. Mr Peter O'Reilly now holds 6.25% of the isc or 12.5Mns out of 64Million isc. Normal Market Size ("NMS") is 25,000.

CLIO. Will receive £28 Miliions as the first installment towards the 70% interest in its Cape Lambert iron project. the rest of the £96millions will be paid in due course.

OKD. Having already got an option on one of OKD's previous developments. And turned a Knight of a property into a veritable garden of eden. My guess is that East Sussex is in for a rude of awakening if previous OKD up-market developments are anything to go by.

OKD. As a matter of fact. I have just taken great pleasure in assisting and bringing a proprty that needed a little tlc up to speed not to far away.

OKD. That is why OKD has bought it. The RNS makes it quite clear that the area will be re-juvinated.

OKD. Has bought up Newhaven docklands for redevelopment and rejuvination. To include wetlands and docks. Some very lucrative and tasty appartments will be built, maybe very interested in one myself, purely from a Corporate perspective of course.

SVE. The continued buy back can only enhance the sp. One of only a few bright sparks showing some sense.

ENK. More than a year on and we are back to sq 1, with a difference. Now this Co is sitting on a whopping £54Million net cash pile, almost as big as TAN's. The dosh is languishing in the vaults earning lots of interest, and the more interests rates rise, the more interest will accrue. Roll on market sp upside. Snap up stock at these silly unrrealistic levels.

DOO. From an early position of 10 points down to + 1.5p up. DOO has been a traders play, however as a long termer this stock will move above recent highs and progress onwards and upwards. Yes there are no foreseeable profits and sinking money into new production plants and deals in a lot of beans. But so did Jack.

SCO. For starters I would reduce the number of shares in issue, with well over a billion isc. This would not reduce market cap. But would enable the Co to attract analysts reporting. It would also take a lot of small holdings out and make it less expensive to service the share register, small incremental rises in sp would not have such a large impact on market cap etc etc..

LTR. Today's announcement formalises the announcement made 5th July when heads of terms had been agreed. Recent buying of stock recently suggests another outfit may be able to put the funds to better use.

SCO. Had a look in to see what other boards were telling us. One board is full of telling someone to 1239er and escorts or alternatives being suggested, very informative indeed !!. Think I will stick to this less savoury forum.

SCO. upping the ante here, recent contracts will boost bottom line profits, and restore this recent out of favour stock. Recent strong buying suggesting that the worst is over and has become a noticed stock.

RDS. There is no problem, to call a fall in current market turmoil was easy, the hardest part is to call the point of a rise. TAN at any other time TAN would have roared away beyond the £2, but markets fell out of bed, so £2 was and is very very sustainable and more. TAN has now become a potential takeover target at these levels, if you still have short positions be very wary because the markets can turn on a sixpence. At the end of the day cash will be king and TAN will have bucket loads of it, will very small exposure to borrowings the sp should rebound.Shorting shares in a falling market is a shrewd move but those positions have to be covered at some time, the last time we had this discussion exactly two years ago some shorters went bankrupt, this is a new opportunistic beginning.
