CYH. Has announced a £1.2Mns contract win with a major offshore construction company. Contract will be fullfilled by Sept 08. This contract may well be for the global positioning off exploration rigs in the gas/oil industry.

PEN. looks like this guru missed the April 2006 boat, but I am inclined suggest there is plenty more sp upside, current stop loss set.

DOO. Rumours are circulating that DOO is about to announce the building of a Jatropha biodiesel refinery in the South West of China. With BP backing this Co to the tune of £32Mns and China digging its heels in and stopping production of biodiesel production using edible food sources. DOO has ticked all the right boxes for sp enhancement.

RCG. I belive that chan and dinky "stole the show" here with their April 2006 footprints alerting us to this phenominal riser in less than a year. RCG is a victim of its own success quite a bit of dosh has been made following the ebb and flow of this stock, but like most "wonder stocks" resigned to the hasbeen brigade. But rest assured it will rise from current lows once the market shakes out the short termers.

LNG. Looking through the telescope I see a potential suitor spying on LNG. Gordon Nelson Gaming Inc takes up 4.6Mn isc representing 5.41%. The holding represents a strategic platform to launch an unsolicited bid, I would suspect its Corporate advisers have already sounded out "substantial" holders to sell their interests.

BRV. Bt certainly was in the pictureas a possible suitor. Now watch and wait to see which predators will want to take advantage of this effectively cash shell. Near on £13Mns in the bank and a stock market listing. It will be hard to resist from an opportunist unlisted Co to get its hands on such a bounty.

BRV. Selling family jewels Brightview Group Ltd for £15.8Mns to BT.

CWV. Barclays Stockbrokers and Gerrard Investment Management have indirect voting rights over circa 6.5Mns ordinaries, this represents 8.06% of the isc. Why would so many shares recently be stockpiled if the Directors want a members winding up.

LNG. The Directors will update the market if it determines that the regulation will have a material impact on the business, but believes the regulations will not impact on LNG in view of the way it takes bets.

CPNR. Has appointed Faud Uzbekov formerly a senior adviser to Gazprom export to the Board as a non exec. He brings to CPNR a wealth of experience in the industry.

LNG.The Directors welcomes yesterday's publication bt AAMS, in which fears that licences would be revoked, by the Italian betting regulator, of a clarification of the regulation of punti remoti licences which run through to 2011, additional regulation, which will come into effect on 1st Jan 08, will place restrictions on how punti remoti can operate, LNG believes this regulation will provide a more certain operating environment for the industry. The owner of Betshop Italia confirmed it does not take cash bets in its outlets, but uses pre-paid and credit cards, bank and post methods and electronic money.

CRC. Metorix Ltd has taken a 29.5Mns interest here knicking the shares off the Forrest Group. A bid looks a certainty.

LTR. Has sold its interest in Latin American C H Sa for £9.4mns. Net funds will be used to exploit current offerings.

OSH. Offer extended and revised at 94p/share from Duke Street Oasis Cap topping the original 91p/share.

PGB. RTE, Ireland's Public Service Broadcaster, went to air on Tue 19th June with its first integrated broadcast management system. This follows up 22nd November announcement with RTE contract for the licencing, implementation and longer term maintenance of IBMS, which supports broadcasters and content providers in efficiently managing programme conent and tv channel admin.

CFL. There are some long established substantial holdings in CFL, whether or not these will be used as a platform to launch a bid themselves or pass the holdings on to third parties. But was is for sure, there are interested parties that have been mooted for a while, as the Directors have not come out with any concrete news as to any approaches, it is fair to say, all negotiations are at an early stage and speculative. But was is certain in my mind, based on previous numbers and current offerings there is value here, my guess is these shares are worth 40p upwards.
