I would go even further, the very product they have has been heavily contested by the FCA who have no like for it whatsoever. Amigo may add that they are developing new products but what products could be so different than what is already on the market that is NOT a guarantor loan. Amigo has mountains of debt, the company is not trading, poor reputation and huge share dilution. The price is 5p for a reason. This is a typical AIM share of getting in and getting out with a quick profit in my opinion. GG.

There's a world of difference between Amigo and the stocks you mentioned. The majority of these stocks are trading so low due to the pandemic. Amigo is trading so low due to the fact that it has a very serious risk of administration due to not being able to trade. I cant see Rolls Royce or IAG going bust anytime soon. Agree totally - This cat is very sick and on its ninth life . . The First course of action was to ensure a future going concern by agreeing on a favourable write off regarding debts. Tick box. Secondly, streamline costs and expenditure tick box. The next Mountain to climb is to increase current production or look for new revenue streams. I am sure they are working on this and will announce something positive first half of 2022. Its a grind and if we do manage to get out of the woods it will take 5 years but at least we are trying to climb the mountain at last. GG

I've just got back from France and Germany. The level of restrictions out there is enough to put anyone off from travelling. Coupled with daily propaganda 24-hour continual news feed about how we are all going to die by leaving our homes and socialising is incredulous. I have had 3 jabs and a flu jab . I won't be putting any more **** into my blood system. I guarantee that if the world had mass demonstrations on the streets on a regular basis this covid pandemic would be a thing of the past. The tories lost last night. Boris Johnson is becoming a liability rather than an asset because people have had enough of restrictions. The longer the restrictions continue the greater his popularity will fall. We all need to get back to work, stop having draconian travel and leisure restrictions and businesses to get back to normal or Mr Boris Johnson's legacy will be the PM that got Brexit through but was beaten by Covid. Zag Egypt: I have been one of the fiercest critics of the board of directors. The management has been truly awful to shareholders. I am not stating faith nor have I ever said that in my recent comments. Far from it. I am just saying wait and see what happens. Uliel has wiped out a massive chunk of debt without revealing current production levels. If he can increase current production levels and make the company profitable then fair play. To be completely honest Potter and Koot are shareholders nightmares. How can anyone be certain that guarantor loans will be a viable product going forward? I am sure this is what FCA are considering and why it has not been sorted already. Son " Dad I need £3000 because I can't run my finances and I ve ****ed all my grants up the wall at Uni ". Amigo 2 - " Here you are, here's £3000 and we are charging you xx rate of interest". 2 years later. Son stops paying and father and son fall out or a change in circumstances. " **** that Im not paying that loan back Johnny shouldn't have had one anyway there is no way he could afford to pay it back. And so it goes around all over again. Only takes one clever barrister to win one case in a civil court and there is a group action claim on behalf of thousands. It's a massive headache for the FCA. and two many parties involved. Amigo will totally need to come up with a fresh product or several fresh products so effectively it's a new start-up business. GG

I am averaging 98p. If this continues to go anywhere near the £1 mark I will wade in again and fill my boots. Despite all the issues no one has actually considered the possibility that Guarantor loans may have as much future as a Dodo has in the animal kingdom. The FCA may not agree with the concept of "Guarantor Loans ". or in future who is to say the general public will have any taste for Guarantor loans? A lot of people assume that if Amigo can overcome all the hurdles they have that the company can go from strength to strength. A third party guaranteeing the payment of a loan is always going to be difficult to enforce. I think Amigo may have to have a total rethink on their core product if they manage to survive and be innovative to say the least . GG

Amigo is asking for a huge dilution which is massively over their market cap to remain solvent. They don't have any firm agreement to future lending. There is a considerable prospect in addition to the dilution that they will be hit with an eye-watering fine from the FCA. What is to say that guarantor lending will be successful in the future.? The SOA could be so watertight it may not be profitable and certainly nowhere near as before. This is very much a binary choice now. On the positives, a business with a proven track record of high-risk lending and a strong management team. Its a penny share high-risk punt nothing more. £5k max at 5p a share. A good chance of a three-bagger in a short period but an even better chance of spunking the lot. GG

I think the BOD will want a lot more than £100 m to be raised from the RI. What happens if the price stays under 10p ? Everyone assumes the price is going to go flying up on the news of a SOA but at what costs. This is a seat of the pants share now. Very high risk equals high reward.

Amigo is nothing more than a punt now. Directors happy to take £50k a month salary so stringing out the inevitable is in their interest. FCA are not really interested. Dilution to what price ? No guarantee of future lending. Buy in at 5p on low volumes and take a punt with £5k max. Becareful and don't let greed get the better of you GG>

Kicking myself. Had two opportunities to sell at £1.47. I have a big lump at an average of £0.98. Think the markets play this share back and forth. The value is massively underpriced in my opinion with everything this groundbreaking company have to offer but its a bite the bullet time. **** week and work and **** week on the markets.
