This is a long term stock and in my opinion massively underpriced. I will continue to buy in the dips my main target area is £1.00 and below. Hold stock for 3 years + for a gain of 100 - 130 %
This is a great company with vision, going forward, massive order books and at the forefront of new technologies. A safe a stock as you can get and a strong buy. Markets are spooked by covid but RR is more than airplane engines these days.

No wonder the delay in giving the results. What a shower of garbage this company is. Leo Koot sold Potter a dead parrot. How anyone can ramp this company is beyond me. Its nothing to do with shorters or paid derampers . This company is awful. Official. What a pile of poo. Eytan Uliel must be a laughing stock in the oil industry. 81 barrels -there is more oil at my local filling station. It is so poor this company it is comical. It just goes from bad to worse each week. Well there goes the remaining 9% of my investment. Lots of lessons learnt here. GG.

Just hoping good news is around the corner and a few whispers have got out. Hence, the buys. As LTH on this roller coaster ride we can only hope. Just glad I waded into RR . Im hoping that it can bail me out of this mess. GG

Eytan Uliel sees shareholders life savings dwindle every day and the share price falls by about 3% each day and he says nothing. Absolute nothing. This company treats shareholders money with contempt and the communication is awful. How they can pay themselves a bonus and a salary after the value of the company falls each day is laughable. Joke of a board of a director and a joke of a company. We just need an update and results from the Saffron wells and full financials or this company is going to be worth about £10m in a few weeks the ways at the very best. All in my own opinion : GG

My mate (who has a good chunk of change in this so-called " OIL " company) phoned me when he read I had bought some more shares in CEG. When I started I was a little bit optimistic in the last RNS so I topped up, he burst into prolonged fits of laughter. He said CEG and its board were nothing more than conmen. " What oil has it ever produced" he exasperated? When I tried pathetically to defend my purchase comically he replied. " What do they own apart from a ton of debt, two holes in the ground and a website. Sometimes its best to laugh rather than cry. The only sad thing here is that Uliel, Potter and the board of directors are probably the ones laughing the loudest each month when they pick up their money salary cheque and pay themselves bonuses for their abject failure. No wonder the market thinks this share is a joke. Time for results Mr Uliel, TICK TOCK TICK TOCK. We are all running out of patience. GG.

I totally agree with your comments. I am a desperate gambler with this stock. I have often lampooned my investment strategy with this stock which was built on nothing more than greed and impulsiveness. The fact I can average down so cheaply against my original investment seems my only way out. Desperate gambler. Yes, absolutely. Will I lose more money by doing so. Every possibility. GG

I bought more shares yesterday. Something I vowed never to do again. I cant see other than averaging down how I am going to get myself out of this mess. I saw a chink of light in the recent RNS and hope beyond hope that results will be good from the Saffron field and there is still life in P1 yet. The delay in results and the delay in filing the financial probably make it one of my most stupid moves but we live in perpetual hope with CEG/BPC.

The last RNS although not negative was ambiguous. This seems to be the case with CEG and their RNS. No actual positive results but always leaving the carrot dangling. I am of the opinion that there will be no news now for the next four weeks after which we will get the news on S2 and more clarity on the financial situation. I am really hoping for great news on the Saffron fields and a possible update on P1 and lets hope the financial results will not be as bad as expected. In the meantime I think the SP will drift towards 1.5p as we wait for crucial news. GG

If anyone believes that posters on this bulletin board are paid to put up derogatory comments regarding CEG or alternatively individuals are paid to put up over positive posts in a bid to ramp or deramp the share, these people are living in cloud cuckoo land. I honestly believe that all the comments are genuine and from shareholders past and present. Everyone has a right or an entitlement to add a comment on the company performance regardless of the fact they have shares in CEG or not. It is a bulletin board of mixed opinions. Most shareholders have lost around 90% of their original investment so there are going to be a lot of seriously ****ed off people who think they are being taken for a ride. No one likes losing their pension or savings. Please could people stop putting comments like if you don't have a shareholding move on or people are being paid to deramp the share so they can short it. Its total nonsense and makes a mockery of the individual who posts it. RESULTS are everything, if positive results come in the share price will rise. It is as simple as that. I respect everyone's opinion and although I may differ hugely with my viewpoint on people like Starchild I welcome their point of view and research. In the end we all just want to come out of this with a little of our money back don't we ? GG.

1. Env ironmentalists drop all claims. The reason for this is simple. CEG do not have a license for further drills. Neither does any oil company. Government has almost certainly assured environmentalists that there will be no drilling in the future. The battle has been won by the environmentalists. No government in the Bahamas is going to promote oil exploration prior to the election, if at all.
2. No oil major is going to enter into a farmin with a minnow like CEG with a £12m market cap prior to a general election in the Bahamas. BAD PR and it just is not going to happen.
3. Very very little chance of a future farm in. BPC had the chance but between them and Stena they made a total mess of it. The drill sounds amateurish, poorly planned and they didn't drill to target depth or anywhere near target depth. Stena made a massive mistake with equipment falling down the hole. The drill wasn't fully funded and and quite simply BPC ran out of cash and Stana had had enough. Poor management, not enough money to fund the drill properly and bad luck. Not the best ****tail.
4. The Bahamas oil fields will be left for at least another 10 years.
5. Uliel is trying to put a good spin on this and entice shareholders to invest. If they extend the licences and introduce a farmin partner I may think differently but there is little to zero chance of this.

The future success relies totally on other oil fields. The Bahamas is nothing but a failed project and a pipe dream.

I and a lot more people actually believed the continual nonsense being spouted out by the likes of Potter, Uliel and even Nathan Rayner. The clues were all there mainly Koot leaving and the fact that Potter didnt have the balls to front the presentation pre-drill and then sent out Nathan Rayner with charts in the background and timelines to P2 drills which were just pure fabrication. Its all been a pack of lies for the last 18 months. I was gullible and greedy, this is not a great combination for investing. This was never an investment. It was a ponzi scheme I bought into along with a load of other people. We learn. I have resigned myself to losing the lot. I am not a pessimist I am a realist. Those posters who continue to add conjecture, hope and promote and defend this company are either badly misjudged or too emotionally attached to the share. Another day another 5% fall. Chesh, "Leo was an old timer" or "the thoroughbred"............"
To clarify, (apologies if poorly written) Leo Koot was an old hand in the oil industry and as sharp as a tack. I think Potter and Uliel genuinely believed they were obtaining something of value with the cerp assets but Koot knew he was selling a mongrel wrapped up as a Crufts winner. There is no way Koot would have given his company away for nothing if it was worth anything and just upsticks and left. In my opinion he was fully aware that when he found out P1 was a duster there was no reason to stay with BPC any longer as the Cerp assets didn't amount to much. Why would he have left otherwise. GG

Makes me laugh. Potter, Uliel and everyone thought they had got one over old Leo Koot when they persuaded him to basically give his company for free to " Bahamas Petroleum Company" for a slice of the 1 billion barrels of Light crude that were supposedly "seeping through the seabed" according to Potter. In the end it turned out to be drier than a Dave Allen Joke. No wonder old Kootsy was running to the hills as soon as he found out P1 was a duster as he knew full well he had sold BPC a crock of ****. Leo was an old timer and seen it all in the oil game and he knew if he couldn't get oil out no one could. He stitched up Potter and Uliel who are not as clever as they think and no where near as intelligent or smart as Koot. Problem is for us LTH of BPC now CEG we should have run to the hills with Leo when he did. He was the horse to follow we just stayed in the race and backed the donkeys instead of the thoroughbred !! 1. Mountains of debt - What do you can repaying all the claims for missold loans ? Is this not debt ?
2. Lots of competition - There are loads of firms offering to lend to individuals with bad credit. I put in a search and there was about 40 and that was on the first page of google. These are not to mention credit card companies for bad credit history.
3. I don't think you can put Amigo Loans and Barclays or Natwest bank in the same sentence. Amigo has the same reputation as someone like wonga or of that ilk. You need to take a reality check . Dont get emotionally attached to the company.
4. The FCA will make a point to come down on them and probably implement conditions so strict that the Amigo BOD wont be able to fart without the FCA'a permission.
5. It may be an easier option to set up from scratch rather than be repaying claim companies for the next 10 years.

It sounds like you are emotionally attached to a firm that makes its money out of charging very high percentages on loans to individuals with very bad credit. Its a perfect match. I have bought and sold Amigo and made good profits. Its never a long term hold for me as its too risky. It could go either way. Its a coin toss but the days of £3.00 a share and millions of pounds of annual profits are long gone for me. AIMO GG

What is to stop another credit lender from setting up and offering the exact same product to Amigo. They would do so without any debt whatsoever, be claim-free and would have an untarnished name. Alternatively, what is to stop the current BOD's letting this slide into administration and setting up again under a new name?
1. Mountains of debt which will be an anchor to profits for probably next 5-10 years. 2. Lots of competition in this marketplace. 3. Tarnished name. 4. FCA will be monitoring this company like a hawk. GG

Amigo seeking advice on how to wind down the company - source The Telegraph. Amigo also has had discussions with PWC about possible administration process in the event relending is not authorised soon. Anyone who thinks their money is safe in Amigo at the moment needs to take a reality pill. This company is on the brink. It could go either way. GG
