It's difficult not to conclude that this is a dead share. Making sustainable capital gains is proving impossible. When you think of it, in the time RR has gone from £2.50 to £9 this has not moved, yet the CEO is still in post! It really has been a dreadful performance by any standards and shows no signs of improvement. Margherita needs to be replaced by someone who can turn this around.

I think the fault lies with the lack of substantive news on commercial developments. I mean last week's announcement was encouraging but clearly not enough to overly excite the market probably due to the lack of detail given. AFC is still, unfortunately, only a punt!

I'm surprised how little interest there is in discussing the virtues or otherwise of holding this stock. Seems to be apathy all-round! Maybe that's partly why shorters smell an opportunity.

Rise over the last couple of days. Let's hope the shorters don't kill it this time. Would be good to break the £5 threshold and move up from there.

This is already priced for bankruptcy which obviously isn't going to happen given the company is profitable. The SP is only going one way i.e. 🆙☝️

It's the fear of further dilution by way of an imminent placing that's putting punters off, I believe. They need money to survive and hopefully prosper and a placing is the only way of getting it in my opinion as I can't see any financial institution lending to AFC at this stage of their development.

No, Heath, I'm just sharing my thoughts. TBH I'm regretting buying back in, yesterday. I'd forgotten how bad AFC is at holding any gains. I'm now in the red, which I guess is derigueur for AFC investors. Hands up anyone in profit! Wish I'd stayed away or at least sold yesterday for a profit. AFC always gets you! I'll never learn!

I guess the big worry is funding as ever with AFC. The chances of a looming placing are high which I suspect is scaring would be investors, away.

I was also wondering about why the partner doesn't want to be named, Reality. I hope it's not a lack of confidence in AFC's ability to deliver. I believe ABB are still waiting for their 200kW fuel cell! I just hope under the new leadership there's no more BS.

Well, it's struggling today and the news was only yesterday so it doesn't have momentum. I guess that's the point I was trying to make. I concede my figures are a little out given yesterday's rise but can it hold? Previously this would've been heading for 20p on news like that. Maybe Jimmynan will soon be predicting a great AFC shareprice by the autumn as he did a few years ago to spectacular failure. It's always worrying when rampers like Jim appear!
