I think progress towards a ceasefire will build as Zelensky and the Europeans have to start accepting reality i.e. they will not be able to recapture lost territory! Maybe Biden, Johnson et al should've addressed Russia's concerns pre February 2022 and avoided the whole mess! It's nauseating to listen to all the criticism from so called journos and other commentariat about going soft on Putin. What do they want to happen? More war without a thought to the human cost for the already decimated Ukrainians. Salvaging what's left of Ukraine is the only way forward so I think we will see progress next week assuming Zelensky adopts a more pragmatic approach. Most Ukrainians want it to stop even if it means ceding territory so he has to be mindful of that.

If Putin really is dieing as the rumours suggest, he'll want to get this settled before he goes. I'd say a deal will start to take shape tonight and we might even get a ceasefire in the coming days. 🤞

Bought a few more on the back of Messrs Wilson and Bullard's purchases. I remember the horrible Bond wouldn't buy a single share until he was forced to to support his last placing.
