The only way to expel Russia from Ukraine would be for NATO to get involved and that's not going to happen. It's now about damage control and stopping the slaughter. This war was pushed by the Biden administration as a means to weaken Russia by proxy. It could have been avoided if they'd stated Ukraine could not join NATO, which it wont now anyway but lots of Ukrainian territory and lives have been forfeited in the interim trying to repel the Russian invasion. The whole thing is a mess and needs to come to an end. Also, Russia has proven to be weak military so I would argue now poses a reduced threat to NATO for the foreseeable future and who knows maybe after Putin we might get a more pro Western regime. All things are possible as the Russian people will not be happy about the carnage they've suffered fighting a pointless war!

Good point Robbren. I guess I am getting too expectant. I think though that the only way is up in the short to medium term. Zelensky will agree a ceasefire, Kpa as he has no other choice. They can't keep pounding away for ever and it's absolutely necessary to keep the Americans onside as Europe, despite talking a good game, are almost powerless to help Ukraine military despite all the grandiose talk of coalitions of the willing and other such tosh!

You'd think with a potential Ukraine ceasefire on the cards that this would be trending upwards in anticipation of a resumption of flights into Ukraine in the not too distant future. It's a distinct possibility in my view. Trump isn't going to Alaska to make a fool of himself so using that logic, there's definitely some good news coming on the war, I feel. 🤞

It's Groundhog day!

Just my observation Stupmy. In the last 2 weeks the SP has been moving within a very small range in the high 480s to low 490s so I'd call that moribund and it's my understanding that market makers must change the price to get punters interested or literally make a market. I feel this is not happening currently and therefore there must be at least punters being put off by the stalemate.

MMs have killed this stock. It's a wonder anyone bothers with it as the price inaction is the definition of moribund!

Now we're cooking. Has there been an upgrade issued? Onwards and upwards 🤞

Looks like this is heading below 9p! Our only hope is for some left field news once the placing shares have been admitted. I really blame myself this time for buying back into this basket case and not selling when I was in profit. The dream of a commercial break through always clouds one's judgement but the sad reality is that this company will probably never succeed. I still find it hard to believe that AFC have world leading ammonia cracker technology given the resources available to other huge companies in the field. And if it's true why haven't we been bought out? It's all still a scam I fear.

By the absence of any posts today it's tempting to conclude that enthusiasm for EZJ as an investment is at a very low ebb no doubt due to the complete absence of any post COVID sustainable positive SP performance. It really has been a dismal investment and is unfortunately showing no signs of revival. Hopeless!

Maybe time to take a hit here and move over to ITM. They got a nice boost this morning from Berenberg bank citing a £1 target with a buy recommendation. SP up 12% on the back of it! I feel that AFC have really been more or less a scam for many years and now that their in house FC design is defunct, I wonder what the purpose of Dr. Harvey is. Buying in already designed and manufactured stacks is not exactly innovative! So much for AFC's proprietary alkaline fuel cell technology. The company should be renamed.

I get the feeling that the shorters are trying desperately to keep this down. Hopefully, they'll all be scrambling to cover their positions once they lose control and this starts to move up.

It's a nice change to get some optimism back here with the Berenberg upgrade helping to restore positive sentiment. I added based on the recognition by a professional analyst that ITM is on the right track. It's very reassuring. Tuna must be apoplectic as all his hard work gets undone!

Now that positive progress towards its 2029 FCF and profit targets have been confirmed one would not unreasonably expect the MRO SP to return to pre 2025 full year results i.e. well over 600p!
