30s would be a welcome start Jim. I still believe actually delivering the power towers could stimulate the SP but I take your point about post testing demand. Let's hope it works out that way and LTHs finally get the rewards due to them.

I was comparing the opening price with the closing bid price but I accept your point Jim I should have used last night's closing bid price as a comparator. BTW, do you think the current volume is indicative of further upside? Also, do you think it can rise significantly without news on power tower deliveries? Interested to get your thoughts.

Accreting is it Alt? That's a fancy word but not applicable I'm afraid. SP opened at 26.3 with the bid currently 26.56 and on very low volume. It's going nowhere until the promised power towers start to appear IMHO.

In any case US hydrogen shares all up significantly premarket. If only we could sell something, this would fly. So frustrating!

Low volume and big spread says it all really. Mr. Market is awaiting news on deployments but it won't wait for ever. Let's hope AFC don't disappoint!

"genedrive plc (AIM: GDR), the near patient molecular diagnostics company, announces that the UK's National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence ('NICE') has started an evaluation of the Genedrive® MT-RNR1 test via their Diagnostics Assessment Programme ('DAP'). DAP evaluations are designed to provide robust recommendations on the use of new products, which is presented in the form of NICE guidance, and to promote rapid and consistent adoption of clinically innovative and cost-effective diagnostic technologies in the NHS".
From RNS on June 16th. One would think this evaluation process must be almost done. Once the results are announced, assuming NICE decree that GDR's AIHL test meets their standards and they recommend the test, I'd expect rapid and extensive deployment throughout the NHS. I think this is what the market is waiting for and when achieved should unleash the SP to multiples of where it's at today. Of course if they don't recommend the test .........

I don't agree that it would be better to keep everyone guessing Bondy. If they can deploy these power towers as expected, then AFC's reputation would be vastly enhanced and a signal to the market that AFC have finally arrived commercially. I would certainly be much more positive if these deployments take place in the expected timescales. You did tell me previously Bondy that you'd be concerned if you hadn't heard anything by mid August. I'm guessing the Acciona announcement has changed your view on this. Of course if they are able to deliver the S cell to ABB containing a fully functioning AlkaMem electrolyte (holy grail) we'll be laughing all the way to the bank. For me though it's a big "if" at this stage, based on previously unfulfilled expectations. If ever there was a time for AFC to deliver and shake off its reputation for disappointing shareholders, it's now.

We were told on 29th June that the Keltbray power tower would be deployed in the "coming weeks." It'll be 6 on Wednesday! If there's nothing on Keltbray this week it'll have been another misleading prediction from AFC. "Coming weeks" does not indicate in excess of 6! More AFC BS. Kier's power tower is also due for delivery in August. Lol.

Let's be frank here, if the market and investors truly believe AFC are on the cusp of supplying multiple power tower's to paying customers the SP would be much higher and said investors piling in. Looking at the pathetic volume and SP that is clearly not the case. Of course if they do start to deliver on the rhetoric things could turn positive very rapidly. Unfortunately their track record suggests otherwise. Do leopards ever change their spots?

It's been set for great things for years now Pom. That's the problem! Let's hope this time it's for real!
